“I had an appointment at Rotech yesterday for a c-pap machine. Everyone at Rotech was so kind - including when I called to make appointment, the front desk person, Fran the Respiratory Therapist and the Manager, Al. I was very apprehensive about starting with a sleep apnea device but Fran was so reassuring and knowledgeable. Her patience with me was greatly appreciated. Great location and easy parking too. (I usually never leave reviews for anything.) On another note, my car had an issue in the parking lot and Al offered to help!”
