“Love this place! I have been doing acne studies for a few years now, and I enjoy it. The staff are the kindest people you will ever meet seriously. So welcoming and caring. The place can get a little busy but they make sure to have you in and out. This place is for research studies , so check it out some extra cash and possibly something to help your condition. It's cool and interesting if you have some extra time and would like some extra cash. I recommend this place to everyone, they have studies such as for acne, asthma, copd and other things ! Check it out ! The parking lot is huge so no worries on parking! And it's pretty easy to find the place they have directories everywhere inside this building. Plus the staff will help you find it very easily.”

“I wish I could remember the techs name I had on Christmas Eve, she had tattoos on her hands.
There was a line of people waiting for her when she opened the door that had me anxious about the wait time. She moved along so fast with a smile on her face the entire time. I had expected to be there for a while but my wait time was half of what I had expected! I asked for a butterfly needle because I have tricky veins, and she had no issues complying (most think you’re insulting their ability to find your vein.) even with a butterfly I’m rarely a success the first try, and she got me first time! I was thrilled! No bruising or anything!
If you’re looking for a fast, and friendly tech she’s your girl! I will definitely be going to see her for all my labs going forward!”

I don't appreciate business models that overwork their employees.
She had multiple positions and handled them well. Not long ago, there'd be 2-3 employees with a more relaxed and personable visit.”

“I made an appointment at this location by accident (there are other Quest locations closer to me) and I am so glad I did! The online appointment was easy, got a reminder text, parking was easy, check in was easy, I was in and out within 15 minutes. And the phlebotomist was AWESOME! I didn’t feel a thing, even when she was changing vials. And … she caught an insurance blip that would have been a pain to fix after the fact.”

“Facility has a slight ramp for entry. Receptionist was friendly and I was directed to a chair with out any waiting. No app was required. I wish I knew of this location earlier.

“If I don’t have to fast to have blood drawnI go between 1 and 4 pm.I’m the ONLY ones there frequently !If you have to fast, you go early and it is crowded. Two workers on at 8 am; only one before that. They do great work!”

“Today was my first time coming here to get blood work done. I personally have always had a fear of needles so it's not an easy feat for me to get blood drawn. I unfortunately didn't catch the phlebotomists name, but she was absolutely fantastic!! Very pleasant, calm, sweet, and I barely noticed she drew my blood!! And no bruising! A++ in my book, I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you need blood work done :)”
“The first handful of times were rough while organizing my documents for different orders. However, once they got the right information, things run very smoothly. All the women there are very nice and down to earth.”

“My experience last week: the staff was very friendly (unlike the prior staff person a few years ago); the staff works hard and continuously; results came in quickly; it is a quirky set-up, you have to walk through a dr's office waiting room, down some stairs... If you aren't mobile, you'll have to go elsewhere.When we first arrived, we could hear the two staff people chatting and laughing genially. We thought (true confessions!) maybe they weren't working too hard, but once I got into the room where they take blood, it was clear - they're two very nice women who like each other! I came out to the waiting room to wait for my husband, and people were muttering a bit, so I told them that I'll take a friendly and competent staff over an unfriendly and competent staff anytime! There's a LOT of paperwork to do and they never stopped working! They're super nice!”
“I took my 19 month old daughter in for her first ever blood draw and I can't put into words how impressed we were with the experience. Both phlebotomists were kind, professional, experienced and did everything they could to make sure my daughter was comfortable and at ease which put my fiance and I at ease as well. I would highly recommend this lab to anyone especially if you're looking for a lab that works with children. We will definitely be back.”

“Initially I was disappointed that I'd have to wait 80 minutes as a walk-in to have a blood draw. However, I only waited about half that time, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was excellent for the draw; I didn't even feel the needle go in! I would highly recommend coming here for bloodwork.”
