You can walk around for hours and get nothing , most staff is incompetent, the guy and girl mixing paint needed to get a room this is all while the reginal manager was there ! Store brand kobalt is not covered by lowes unless you pay extra??

I was supposed to get a delivery on June 18 and they canceled it. We went to the Cranston store we were supposed to get delivery on Saturday the 22 Now they want schedule on the 29.we are not going to be home Very bad costumer service

Unfortunately, this wasn't such a great visit, I asked an employee to Page whoever was supposed to be working in the flooring dept, she paged them 4 times & 23 minutes later somebody finally showed up! It was a little ridiculous. THEN, I bought a couple rolls of self adhesive wallpaper that was marked half off and upon trying to check out, the poor cashier was frustrated because whoever put the clearance sticker on each roll did not do it correctly and it would not scan! I had to wait in line after already. We staying 30 minutes at the previous register with the cash you're trying to figure it out along with her manager. They sent me to the customer service desk where I had to wait even longer just for them to manually enter the clearance sticker price! This ENTIRE VISIT was VERY time consuming & frustrating to say the least!

The worst store if after 3pm. I had a large order which I needed information on. Several ppl ignored my multiple calls. They let the phone ring and ring. I tried for over an hour and all the had to do was look up my order! It wasn't hard and part of thier job. I tried appliance - never answered, I tried customer service- we cant help you, I tried manager - on hold for over 20 minutes with no return. I ended up calling another store and got help within minutes. Interesting when other store said, " It sounded like the cranstan store is up to its old tricks again!" Wow!! Avoid this store!

Feel like this location is much bigger than the others in the area. So I was pleased that it was well stocked. First, I was slightly disappointed because I bought a toilet and then got it home and it was broken. So now I have to make another trip over there. However, I was pleased to find their tile selection offered exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been searching high and low for a deep espresso colored wood look tile and not only did they have it, they beat everyone else’s prices by a mile. Just have to open and check things next time before leaving because even some of the tile boxes were in bad condition at the store. They must have received a bad shipment of toilets because all the boxes were beat up pretty bad. Selected one that wasn’t and still ended up with an slight annoyance.

Worst curbside pickup ever. I waited 25 mins this afternoon and then I went to the customer service. 2 women in customer service who had a bad attitude and didn't want to help. Very bad experience.

Ordered a grill and had someone pick it up for me. Didn't know I was getting one already assembled because I didn't ask for that. Ok whatever. A few days later went to grill on it and one of the grates are broken. You can tell they've been broken for a while because they are rusted at that end. Tried calling the store spoke to 2 different associates trying to get the manager and nothing. After a while the phone just kept ringing. I hung up and called again and after the recording said let me transfer you to an associate nothing. No dial tone just dead air. Unacceptable!! I only ordered from this Lowes because it was out of stock at the one I usually frequent. Never again!!!
