So I don’t normally post reviews. However, in this case I am starting to get really aggravated that my issues are not being solved. 2 weeks ago I dropped off laundry at this location just before I left for a trip. I come back home to pick up my order to only receive half of it. I understand mistakes happen, and honestly if this was just regular clothes I probably would let it go. But these are my expensive work clothes that are missing. So now because this location can’t locate any of my professional uniforms I now have to go out and spend lots of $$$ to replace them. On top of already spending money to have them washed and folded. So now I’m out more $$$. I will have to say the staff is nice about this whole ordeal and the manager is nice. But nothing is getting done about the fact I’m out hundreds of dollars. I hate being this person but I already reached out to corporate and wrote an email. And still nothing is getting done. I am at my wits end here. I’m not looking for anyone to get in trouble I’m just looking to get compensation.

Entire load of sheets, towels & throw blankets stolen because i didnt sit there and watch the dryer for 90 minutes.

I'm sorry to tell you that you cannot leave clothes in the responsibility of these people. I left my clothes to wash with them and they supposedly stole them. They demand the bills to pay me the money and when I give it to them they make fun of me, wanting to give me 300us for 40 pounds of clothes. 1 month after not even showing up or answering my calls. I think they are even racist because if it had been a gringo they wouldn't do it. ??

Help my friend with her laundry here. Busier spot.... Alright on the cleanliness scale. Prices are competitive for washes and dryers are free with wash. Not extremely handicap friendly.

The store is always busy and they are extremely friendly. the only complaint I would have is that they have a lot of dryers that are broken. Besides that they are wonderful

Just want to say the new manager is one of the best i seen there very humble straight foward and by the book i believe does are keys on running a successful business before I hated coming here it's a dry clothes but not with her it's different the machines are always clean available when not in use before the machine will be not in use but with clothes in it. She pay attention knows her customers knowing who's where????????

The past couple times I've done my laundry here I've noticed rips in my clothing. The first time I thought maybe I had done it before washing but after it happened repeatedly with the rips in the same pattern I know it's them. I DEFINITELY WONT GO BACK AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

The manager at this store is top notch. He makes sure all his employees are top notch. I do a weekly wash dry and fold service for a client. Clothes are clean and smelling fresh. Same day service 95% of the time. The store is clean and presentable. Thank you for your dedicated service.

There is a bald man there in the morning on Wednesday, October 18, I went there to wash and this man serves poorly.Always in a bad mood.He asks too many questions and acts like he's not getting paid to do his job.He's done the same thing to me several times now.
