Chris is amazing. I love this place. He is super honest and does great work. His prices are also great. One time, I had a complicated issue with my car even the dealer couldn't figure out. Chris worked on it and said, "Go home and see if it works." He didn't even charge me. It didn't work, but I wasn't surprised after the dealer gave up. However, Chris kept working and figured it out. My car is perfect now. I bring my car there for all kinds of things. I would definitely recommend this place.

Well, my classic needed a starter. Naturally, looking for a mechanic versed in G Body cars is a task in itself. I had the starter replaced twice before by an alleged master mechanic. Both failed due to the starters not being installed correctly. So, I went to Knightsville Service Center and spoke with Chris. I allowed him to perform the work. One must adjust the depth of engagement between the pinion and flywheel. The gap has to be set between the starter gear and flywheel gear. I believe anywhere between .020" and .060". Upon receiving the vehicle back, we had a conversation relating to cars. Chris mentioned the setting of the gears in which I said nothing, for I already knew. He said if the starter wasn’t installed correctly, it would fail. And, it did fail twice due to an alleged mechanic. However, Chris is well versed in automotive knowledge, capable of rectifying any problem with cars. When I turned the key to the starter, right at the onset I knew the gears were set correctly. We would highly recommend Knightsville Service Center.
