The most horrible experience i ever had. When i booked i was told i could have linens for the tables, use of refrigerator stove and freezer. The week before i was told they do not supply linens. The day before i was informed the stove had not worked for months and no
Freezer . The week before (when i had to finish paying the hall) I requested 2 pitchers of soda and 1 pitcher of water on the tables, I was told yes. The party started at 5 the bartender didn’t come until 6. When i told her about the drinks she said she had no idea what I was talking about. I asked if she could do it. About 730 i asked again due to the fact that about 4 tables still didn’t have drinks, at which point she started screaming and said her co2 was frozen. I called downstairs to speak to a manager (happened to be her aunt) I told her i was not informed that the bar upstairs was broke and could we get drinks from the downstairs bar. The conversation got very heated. My DJ approached me at 8pm and said the bartender told him to start packing up at 10:15 and to be out at 11:00. I again approached her and showed my contract that said i had the hall until 11:00. She proceeded to punch her chest like a monkey and threatened me with her cousins. She turned the lights on and had us clean up early. When i called to complain and get my deposit back was asked to speak to the head of the post because they have had numerous complaints about the bartender. It took 2 weeks to get in touch with the manager. We made an appointment to meet. He just smirked at my complaints, told me he never heard of issues with her. I told him to speak to the other man because he clearly stated they DID have complaints. At which point i just took my deposit and left. I’m sure she is still working there, probably a friend of his.
To sum it up NO STOVE NO APPLIANCES AVAILABLE TO USE. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BARTENTER BARBACK AND NIGHT MANACGER

After a terrible loss and a beautiful service my family just wanted to eat a meal all together and share memories and stories of my late grandfather. Upon arrival they told us “15 minutes” and we’d be all set and ready. After about 45 minutes we took to the back room to get our own bread and salad to pick on all while still being told “15 minutes over and over. After about an hour and a half some members of our party went to the back to try and help get the food out…the girl preparing the food was cut and bleeding profusely with no gloves on. The sauce was burnt and sausage from the day before and with all that was still letting us know she wouldn’t be able to put out the chicken Marsala. After 2 hours of waiting we decided it wasn’t worth it and took our party elsewhere with staff who accommodated us with only 20 minute notice. It’s upsetting to see the club not take any responsibility and just blame the restaurant but at the end of the day we booked for the venue as well as the food and we were all highly disappointed..do better.

My cousin passed away, and we laid him to rest on Friday. It was a beautiful service.. Then when it was time to gather to eat and remember the memories of our beloved all went to HELL!! Knowing that we were coming there and that they could not accommodate us was one thing but to have us waiting for over two hours was so disrespectful to his immediate family ? I felt so bad for my family losing a loved one is devastating and to deal with this incompetency was very disturbing!!!!

A precious friend of my family was laid to rest today. The funeral was beautiful, but when we gathered together to share a dinner in honor of the loved one we lost, it never happened, and after a two hour wait, the dinner was not to be because of the ineptitude of this one pathetic restaurant. We all walked out. NO EXCUSE! The fact that the restaurant knew many employees called in sick was unacceptable as they had plenty of time to notify the family so other arrangements could be made.If I could give them no stars, I would.The food they planned to serve was macaroni , meatballs, sausage leftover from the day before, and after we waited over two hours, we were told that the Chicken Marsala was not even started. We would have been sitting there for four hours waiting for these bozos. Shame on you all. This was a ONE SHOT DEAL, and you failed this wonderful family miserably.

Possibly the best chicken sandwich that I have ever eaten. It's in the top five anyway. So not what I was expecting. I mean, the food has always been just "ok" here. I know that a lot of folks used to rave about the kitchen yet I never really fell in love with any of it. This is my father's Post so I would drop in every now and again for lunch or an early meal and a cheap drink after work with my Pop. It was good. It was good enough to make me go back. No fast forward to the new Kitchen..... HOLY SMOKES!.THIS PLACE IS GOOOD! I mean, really good!! Steering away from the more traditional Italian Fare offered up by previous kitchens,(don't worry they still have your staples) the new chef here has a hip, modern take on what could otherwise be a just a other humdrum meal. My panko breaded chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection. Spicy, crunchy, juicy and otherwise delicious! Cooked exactly to order. Hand breaded. Not some packaged, portioned factory meal. Everything made fresh. I saw what some of the other people at the bar were eating and I can't wait to come back and try some of the other stuff now! My father is going to be sick of seeing me here now!Go eat here.

My first visit to see some friends..I had the best time! Great jukebox, great food, awesome hosts! Denise, Stacey and Kenny made sure everyone had great food, great bar service, and an overall fun time! We danced and sang, and had so many belly laughs! I will be back! Thank you!!

Went for Sunday dinner and the service and food was awful. Tomato sauce was chunky and the pasta was mushy. My husband ordered a glass of wine and the waitress brought the wrong one and charged us for it. We had to keep asking for stuff that they should automatically give you. Stay away!

Soft opening today. Very good. Just what you would expect and want from the Post. Only ordered the Chicken Parm and it was PERFECT!!!! Going to get MY Irish on Wednesday with the dinner.

Clam cakes and chowder are my favorite. Lots of clams. My second favorite is the chicken parm sandwich. huge piece of chicken. The chicken soup is very good too!
