I went to Joes a couple weeks ago, knowing exactly what type of cologne I wanted and just wanted to make sure that I liked it. I was standing at the counter waiting for some assistance for over 10 minutes while an older blonde women was just sitting behind the counter doing nothing. I asked for her assistance after standing there for over 10 minutes when I asked her for help she had a bad attitude from the beginning(not sure why because she was just staring at her computer doing absolutely nothing). I asked to smell a cologne that I thought I wanted but didn’t end up liking it. So I then asked to smell another cologne and she didn’t give me the opportunity to smell it correctly, instead she just gave me the whole bottle and expected me to smell it from there. The second I smelled it she rudely took it back and just sat back down doing absolutely nothing. After this I was fed up with her attitude so I asked the very nice young man to help me out. Once the older blonde lady heard I asked the young man for help she jumped up out of her seat and said “We can’t have people smelling products.” Then rolled her eyes and sat back down. Isn’t that the whole point to smell them to make sure you like what you’re about to buy?????? If i’m about to spend $250+ on a cologne which is quite a bit of money, I would think that they would allow you test them out. Overall she was very rude and unhelpful I would 100% recommend going to another establishment to buy fragrances.

This place is SHAMEFUL. The older woman who works there is SO RUDE and ignorant. She legit body shamed a 10 year old girl and made her cry. She made rude comments about her having a “big mid section” right to her face with no remorse. It was so unprofessional and out of line. It is a glorified convenience store with clothes in it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

These people are great!! I’ve bought 30+ bottles from Joe over the past few years since finding him. It’s always a pleasant experience. I’m buying mostly niche fragrances now, his prices and selection are very good. Thank you Joe, Billy, and Brian for always pointing me in the right direction. See you soon!!

They have an extensive array of both men’s, and women’s scents at very good prices. The staff is extremely helpful, and they are a godsend If you are looking for a cologne or perfume as a gift for friends and family. I would highly recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed.
