“Just left Providence Diamond, interested in purchasing a Rolex. Warmly welcomed by a staff member and met Alix in the Rolex studio. Excellent interaction, I had already done my homework so I didn’t have a lot of questions. She certainly knew her stuff and I doubt I could’ve stumped her. A cup of cappuccino and a chocolate and a demonstration of the different sizes of the watches and I was a happy man.

She also is doing all the alterations for me, knowing that they close at 2 pm on a Saturday. I bought a few gemstones while I was at the shop. They had a pretty good selection, display items and jewelry too. I recommend supporting the business. Give them a try.”
“My engagement and wedding rings had become so tight I could not remove them. Josh cut them off, cleaned them up and resized them all for a very modest charge. I could not be happier. He went out of his way to accommodate me, coming in outside shop hours to make sure we had the right ring size and to get the rings back to me in a timely fashion. Absolutely recommend!”
