I had the most horrific delivery experience I have ever experienced with Jewelers shipping. I had a cabinet delivery that my home renovation was waiting on for last Friday 1/28, they no showed and never contacted me. When I finally got as hold of them, they said that trucks were out for the day already and the delivery would come on Monday. Come Monday, I waited 3 hours for a delivery that never showed up, the truck “broke down” yet nobody called to tell me, I had to call multiple times myself to find out. Today is the THIRD day in a row I had a delivery scheduled from 9-11am that no-showed. My contractor had to leave by 1pm so this now delays my countertop template, and kitchen renovation by another week. I had to call dispatch nearly 6x today, as the address given was the wrong part of Boston to the driver despite me calling to confirm it multiple times. Once the driver called me at nearly 1pm, he was still in the wrong part of Boston. This service is absolutely deplorable. I would never recommend them to anyone!To make matters worse, there is ZERO email or phone contact information on their website. When I called, a secretary gave me two email addresses that aren't even correct.
