Actually zero stars. How is Jean still in business? He padded the sq footage of my house so the premium would be higher which as we all know would be a greater commission for him. He not only did this to my family but also to my sibling. Jean thinks he's this big powerful captain of industry, helping his community...the exact opposite. I suggest all his clients check their endorsements. There are better options out there. As for the other comment about the customer service being impeccable (from 2 years ago)-more than 10 years ago when everyone in the state experienced flooding (Warwick Mall closed for a year) I called multiple times for WEEKS. I eventually got a FEMA grant no thanks to Jean and his lazy A€€ staff. Jean doesn't know how to spell Customer Service it's not in their vocabulary. They are the worse they write the policy, all smiles, and then disappear. Terrible unprofessional exhausting.

I called NGM to get a quote and they transferred me to this agent. The must not have told the woman on the phone they were transferring a potential client over because as soon as i said hello she started yelling " LOOK LADY IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR A MINUTE AND A HALF WHAT DO YOU WANT" and I just hung up and called another agency. Very rude Ill never even consider this place again.

Brought my policy to see if they could do better on the price and check my coverage. They said it was fine but suggested savings tips. Real caring people looking out for my best interest.
