We are currently living a nightmare thanks to Allstate Insurance. My fiancé and I should be enjoying this year planning our wedding, yet we are continually battling with Allstate trying to get our claim approved while also living in a construction site because they refuse to payout a valid claim. They have delayed, denied, and even misidentified materials on an estimate. I genuinely think Jason is a nice person and wanted to help us get through this, but as an agent it seems he had little influence against the machine that is Allstate Insurance. If you think you are getting a deal, I recommend going through your coverage with a fine tooth comb to confirm it is comparable because the price may be lower simply because the coverage is subpar. Even if you get the coverage you are looking for, buyer beware. What you may be saving in the short term, you may need to spend on litigation in the long term.

Not crazy about my $20.00/month $240 per year increase in our auto insurance. Have been a longtime customer will be evaluating other options for sure.
