Just got my Taxes done at Jackson Hewitt for the first time, it was the worse. I will never go back again I see all these 5 stars people have given and I wish I had the same experience but unfortunately not. The person who did my Taxes didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing at all. I probably would of been better off taking the time and doing them myself then wasting my time waiting 3 months on someone who seems inexperienced and don’t really want to work. pretty much the vibes I got just being honest and what sets me is that they still want there fee smh ridiculous at this point and time they should have waived any fees.Turn my W-2s in January maybe middle of JanuaryThey are just getting sent to the IRS now towards end of March ??♂️ #pissed?
