Went in 5 days ago to get an estimate. They said they would email or text me. I never received the estimate. They treated me like I would not be able to pay for the damage and did not even give me an estimate like they said they would. They had me sign over five papers allowing them to work on the vehicle yet no estimate?

This place is just horrible! I had to pay 140.00 out of pocket for his lose parts to be fixed than had to pay another 40 to have my driver side door fix. This is after bring my car back to the shop 3 different times and each time he had a different reason why it didn't get right the first time! The owner a crook and I was informed today that the shop license was revoked for 31 days after another individual had the same issue. They didn't do the repair that were paid to be done and did everything he could to not do them. Just like my case! I was informed by the state that I now have the right to go after the shop and intend to do so!

just the worst! After having work done here i had to pay 140.00 for his lose parts to be fixed after the shop refused to! Then had to pay another 40 for by door to be fixed. I will never do any business with this shop again!

My brand new truck was hit while parked in my driveway and I had to fight with the insurance company for over a month! But Ideal Auto Body was wonderful! They took my truck in right away since it wasn't drivable and helped me work with the insurance company. They were so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to help me with during this frustrating situation. I just picked up my truck and it is BEAUTIFUL! You would never know that it had as much damage as it did! I would HIGHLY recommend Ideal Auto Body to anyone!Service: Body & Trim
