Had to hit one star because no zero!! HORRIBLE SERVICE HORROBLE JOB!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!! My big toe itches! The last was putting lotion from my leg onto her arm! Rude I had to ask her if she had a rash or something bc she kept messing with her arm. I had surgery so I can't really get to my feet otherwise I would've done myself. I always do one pedi to start the summer but I guess I'll have to wear these off and get done again at my usual spot Seekonk Walmart!!!

I have been to this nail location a few times some good and some bad experiences. Not a friendly place and rude nail techs. I had my nails done yesterday, I said to the male older tech that I wanted all of my nails polish removed before applying any new acrylic (not done). I told him he was rushing. He said let me do it my way. I said no these are my nails and I want it done my way. With an attitude he says next time don't come to him. I didn't select you in the first place bo-bo. The owner no better, man handling my nails and getting upset when I pointed out the nail was chipping because he didn't put enough acrylic. Long story short I am not a fan and they will not receive my business. It is a shame I have to give a star to rate. I say no stars

Came here for a Mani , pedi they washed my nails with the same water they used for my feet ,gross. Very unprofessional they didn't let my nail fully dried and it's already peeling. ?

I came to this place because my coworker recommended it and she only came 1 time and had a good experience, she did come with me for the 2nd time, my 1st and absolutely Horrible experience, my friend got polish removed from her finger with a nail filer on her skin, she was saying ouch, the lady didn't care at all, and mine are yellowish, and all unclean tools, dingy towels that are reused, nothing was opened in front of us...DONT GO THERE!!!!

This place is the worst!!! I paid 180$ for my nails, eyebrows, lashes. My daughter nails and eyebrows also. 2nd day my daughter already lost 4 nails, both our eyebrows still had little brow hairs that they didn't pluck. My lashes!!! Omg my lashes is the worst part. The next day some of the lash clusters came off ripping my actual real lashes off. I have like 4 clumped up pieces that will NOT come off. I've tried everything. Coconut oil, lash bond remover, olive oil etc and NOTHING works. I am furious... this place is a joke.... I called and the person who answered the phone told me I CAN COME IN and they can fix it or remove them but NO REFUND! are u kidding me????? I don't want ur service never mind come in to ur establishment to do ANYTHING at all. They're so rude and ignorant... ugh i am so frustrated. i will NEVER go there again.

My issue is I HAD lengthy nails..Was asked if I wanted cut down I Said very little. Was cut down then filed down to the point of my toenails are longer..Now I have to have everything removed and pay for afull set.. ..like I have the time...my natural nails were 2x the length 9f my current ones. merry Christmas

Tony does excellent work I got a full set he took his time as was very professional and pleasant and gave me exactly what I asked for he is now my new nail tech here in Rhode Island

horrible experience. not sure if the technician i saw even was licensed with the way he handled my hands and nails. i got dip nails and they werent even even and my cuticles look like actual shit. don't go here, such a waste of time.

Horrible service they have drunk men working there you can smell liquor on breath the owner cares about quantity not quality the prices have doubled for a bad nail job they suck at customer service !!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!
