“I’m so impressed by SVF!! Stacie, a former fitness champion, goes above and beyond to cater to individual clients and their goals! You don’t get that at the big box gyms. Thanks for all you do Stacie ❤️”

“I have been searching for a gym that as a community culture and is supportive and inclusive. Reflexion checks every box and then some. I couldn’t recommend it enough!! The best atmosphere, classes and it’s such a great group of women!”
“My old neighbourhood. Lovely little club that gives back to the community all the time. Nothing but high quality individuals. Members only. Hope to see you there someday.”
“I was almost ready to give up on PF. This one is the cleanest and friendliest location I have been to in a while.
Pros: friendly and very helpful staff, less crowded on most occasions, all machines work, Even though I were a headset the music selection is pretty good.
Con: not open 24/5? I’ll work ON to have them open ?”

“It is very convenient for me since I live right behind Garden City Center. The staff are sweet and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Some machines do need fixing but other then that I have been coming here for four months and I haven’t had any problems.”

“It is essential to provide constructive feedback instead of criticizing a business in reviews. If you encounter any problems, kindly inform the front desk to assist you better. They cannot read your mind, so please extend your cooperation. It is imperative to note that if you need something, you should go in person. The front desk is manned by only one person, and people are coming in and phones are ringing every minute. Remember, they are human beings just like you and me. Any cancellations must be done in person.
Though the building may be old, the staff is doing an excellent job of keeping it in good condition. It is important to understand that everything costs money. YMCA is a non-profit organization, which means it relies on donations from people like you. Some members may only pay $35 or less, depending on their income. Members can enjoy state-of-the-art cardio, strength, and free weight equipment, pools for all ages and skill levels, initial and ongoing wellness consultations for free, affordable and accessible personal training programs, group exercise for all ages at no additional cost, including aerobics, Zumba, Pilates, indoor cycling, yoga, and Les Mills. With a family membership, you can avail yourself of free kid's care while you work out, early registration, discounted rates on programs, support programs designed to address chronic health issues such as cancer, pre-diabetes, Parkinson's, and arthritis, multi-sibling benefits for session-based programs (with Family and Individual Plus Membership), and nationwide membership at any participating YMCA in the United States. Financial assistance is also available for those who qualify.”
“Pretty great amenities for what you're paying.. however it's super busy all of the time, so you need to be able to adapt your expectations for you workout”
“Overall, this is a solid/friendly gym and well taken care of unlike Pro Fitness (cleanliness is also on point), but there are some quirks with the equipment that hinder my experience. Watson equipment has an elite reputation for high quality products, however I find some of the equipment awkward and bulky. Let’s start with the dense Watson dumbbells….
The weight distribution is horrendous making it awkward. Not only that…..the handles spin, so as you go heavier in weight it feels super unstable. The awkward weight distribution starts around 35-40 lb making chest and shoulder workouts unenjoyable and unbalanced. At other gyms I was always able to dumbbell flat bench press 70 lb for reps. With the Watson dumbbells I can barely push 70 for 6-8 reps. I find myself getting tired out quickly.
There is another set of dumbbells, which are a lot better, but still a little off. Round urethane dumbbells are the way to go.
The T-Bar row and lateral row machines are bulky, awkward, and uncomfortable.
I know Revival is expanding, but my gosh….I truly cannot deal with more Watson equipment.”
