It was one of those days. I had to run back to this area . Anyway, I noticed a unique place.
Goal Food.
Now, I am always seeking nutrition. Especially. With getting my body in shape. I was in for a surprise.
This establishment had quite a few healthy menu choices. I chose a smoothie..and a granola bar. Home made .
Both..delicious and I could feel a bit of a kick.
The owner is up beat..positive. Very upfront about the products Knowlegable .
I took a menu.. she pointed out some items that interested me. Prepared measured and, of course, ..nutritional.
I will return to try .
This was my first visit. There will be more.

Wow! Super friendly, local spot, highly recommend. The Muscle Mochaccino was unreal. Coffee ice cream tops my favorite foods, and this hit that spot and then some… plus 25g of protein and 200 calories, what?! ? My son got one of the fruit smoothie specials and loved it. Definitely got me hooked as a new regular when I want to grab a meal or a drink on the go, but need healthy options. Can’t wait to come back!

Aurora is just about the sweetest person I've ever met. I don't even have to say what I want when I walk in even if I go 3 weeks without coming in.

The owner took my order, and she was wonderful. Very frendly, helpful, and informative. I got the chunky monkey bowl and the protein balls. Both were incredible. Highly recommend.

I went in recently and got the gladiator shake, protein balls and a pop tart. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy snack or meal.

I can’t give stars night enough for this small Business.Food = excellent, delish and great portion sizedCustomer service= beyond helpful to assist and help with your orders90% of weight loss come from your food, having it prepped and cooked and frozen for the ready is priceless.I highly recommend this for everyone, not just diet minded. Less chemicals, fat and cleaner eating is key and Goal Food hits the mark!
