This company is absolutely disgusting I’ve never ever in my life been in a environment like this they don’t care about the staff there or the clients the manager at Lakewood her name was Gabby she is absolutely terrible she talks about things that aren’t even job related and that is very inappropriate the African staff that worked there with were very abusive towards the clients there were also roaches and mice in the home I just felt very uncomfortable there it isn’t the ideal home for your families please keep them as far away from this house absolute terrible structure I don’t like this company at all I don’t recommend this job to anyone the way the people act in the office they act like this company is amazing and it’s far from that they don’t even allow you to work overtime and for the amount of work a few of that staff put in I feel like they should get paid way more

The residential house that I went into was beyond disgustingly and filthy. Barely any supplies like; toilet paper, paper towels, wipes, gloves, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap. The house was so gross that the floors were actually slippery, and hideous cockroaches were running up the walls and across the floors. The supervisor and the staff there seemed perfectly ok with it. The supervisor was from Haiti and all the DSP staff were from Nigeria, and all of them had thick, thick accents that were very hard to understand. This place is a nightmare for the people that have to live in those horrible conditions.

Sanitary facility, easy to locate, respectable environment, and easy parking. Closer to the High way (i95) about 2 -3 minutes drive.

Deceptive management often won’t call you back have a friend that lives in one of their group homes and was placed with restrictions hours were cut back when I was able to see the client asked to go on outings in the community and was told they couldn’t do that tried to join the program was told not taking any new clients this could be the case but most of the time it’s about who you know in the organization that’s how Rhode Island works I’m coming to find out Think of agencies like this definitely need to be more community oriented family oriented and person centered and could use some customer service training
