The experience I had with Alicea and the east coast countertop team was amazing. I went into the showroom knowing what I like but not knowing what I wanted and Alicea had multiple ideas for exactly what I was thinking. She was so helpful in picking a piece that matched my style perfectly. And the install team was equally as amazing! They removed and disposed of the old countertops and custom laser made the new one. Very professional and beautiful work! They kept me update on what they were doing while working and were able and willing to answer any questions I had pertaining to my new space.

I recently used East Coast for counters in a client's kitchen. The installers are fantastic. Danny is truly an artisan. He color matched the seams so they are virtually invisible. The counters have multiple colors in them and he mixed pigments to get it right! I highly recommend East Coast and Danny.

Why do I give 4 ? and not 5? just because this job will be done next year when the job is done I came back and updated my review with my last feedback about everything in general, but for now, 12/16/2022 so far we have a good experience with Alicea couple back and forward to double check everything because is litter bit expensive it's true but we work together and try to make this work.If you go to this place, make sure you ask for Alicea or make an appointment with her she will help you for sure.1/12/2024 They did finish the job 6 months ago I do recommend this company Alicea did great and the last 2 guys(I can't remember their names )installed the last countertops and fixed a couple of other things well too and very carefully too.Thanks again.

What a fantastic experience dealing with Eastcoast Countertop. My husband and I went to one company and on a Saturday we took a ride to Eastcoast. We walked and found the top we fell in love with. Alicea was working she gave us a great price on our tops. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I wish I could give more than 5 stars they definitely deserve it. Thank you so much

I highly recommend East Coast Surfaces if you are looking for new and fresh ideas for countertops. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products. I recommend working with Alicea Miranda, she is a highly qualified sales associate that listens to her customers and educates them on the products. I also worked with Gary on scheduling installations, he is also professional and a pleasure to work with. He made every effort to accommodate my timeline for installation. This team at East Coast Surfaces makes each customer feel like you are a priority. They provide outstanding products and excellent customer service.

My carpenter, Chris Hayes, recommended this company to me. I am so grateful that he did. My first encounter was with Alicea. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable. I explained what I was looking for and she took that information and together we found the perfect material for my counter/backslash and island top. Arturo came and measured everything perfectly and gave me advice on my sink. When it came time for the installation, Amos and Fabrio are the BEST!! Just today my electrician asked where I purchased the counters and who installed them. When I responded Eastcoast Countertop, he said they did superb work. High praise coming from someone who is a perfectionist I highly recommend this company !!

I experienced the same discussing habits that you're reading over and over again as they say, don't walk from this place RUN from this place!! Kieth, the Owner | East Coast Countertops and Alicea!! Seem to pick and choose the customers they want to do their business with?? The high level of prejudice is inhuman on who they decide to do business with!!! The behavior of the company of the owner and the employees was highly disgusting and inappropriate and insensitive and insulting !! They held me up for three weeks. I had five customers waiting in line and they kept saying I'll have the estimate ready tomorrow. I'll have the estimate ready tomorrow. I'll have the estimate ready tomorrow. The sneaky slimy behavior of Keith and Alicia was completely disgusting. I do not recommend this company. !

Awesome company with great employees! Alicea was so great to work with. Danny and Julio did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company. Gary was also great in getting us scheduled so quickly!

Julio and Danny came the other day to install our countertops. They were extremely professional and kind. Couldn’t ask for a nicer crew. Look forward to more visits in the future!Update 6/6Julio, Danny, and Carlos from East Coast Countertops just completed installing our countertops and backsplash.Not only does everything look great, but they were also extremely professional and a pleasure to have in the house.Their attention to detail was extremely impressive. We highly recommend East Coast Countertops to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

East Coast Countertop has a great selection and I really appreciate the personal service from both the showroom staff and installation staff.I came to the showroom three times to look for a kitchen countertop and everyone was very nice and helpful. I had decided on a countertop that I wasn't fully in love with, but seemed like a good, safe choice.I showed Liza the other ones I had considered and she gave me the confidence to go with the one that I really wanted but was a little afraid to choose because I didn't trust my own opinion. I'm not a visual person, so I appreciate her skill and honest advice.Two people from East Coast came yesterday and installed the countertop, and I love it. It looks amazing with my new cabinets. I was also impressed with the amount of time the installers were at my home. It took them about two hours to get everything just right.

Great selection. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was in a time crunch and East Coast was able to squeeze me in to meet my deadline. This is my second time using them for a design job and I will continue to use them on all of my future design jobs.

We had a wonderful experience working with Eastcoast Countertop. The staff were friendly, they had a large variety to choose from and they made the entire process from picking out a stone to the installation, an enjoyable and painless process. We highly recommend Eastcoast!

Highly recommend Eastcoast Countertops! We were customizing a new build and it was so overwhelming, but the staff at Eastcoast walked us through it all, gave recommendations, and took the weight right off of our shoulders. It was also easy because they had such lovely options to choose from. It’s one of the first aspects of our new home I like to point out to visitors (still excited homeowners, haha). Don’t hesitate! They were great!
