People are very nice at both locations I’ve been too in Cranston. I was able to get my bloodwork results on the same day. They email them directly to me. Customer service is very good and the employees there are very friendly

They refused to do my sons bloodwork because of the name on his insurance card I provided them with the order for bloodwork from his doctor my ID and his insurance card the name on his insurance matched the name on the order I even offered to call his doctor but they still refused to do his bloodwork I will not be going back if I could give 0 Stars I would

Basic lab. Attila the Hun works the window. Once in a chair everything is ok. Phlebotomist has 0 personality.

We went today because our 6 year old daughter needed to get bloodwork done and they were phenomenal. Very professional, calm, understanding and patient. Highly recommend this lab.

I had an excellent experience today having my blood drawn at this lab with a very kind and skilled phlebotomist named Caitlyn! I tend to faint when getting blood taken and this office had a bed where I could lie down which really helped as well as a kind and friendly atmosphere that put me right at ease. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back for all my bloodwork in the future!

Great experience always quick if you go at the right time. However I still have a problem with HIPPA privacy signing in your last name & taking a number where others can see your name. That's a breech of HIPPA. The small girl with short hair and glasses wrote my last name in and I crossed it out. She was very rude and said they were following HIPPA. Right then I knew she wasnt educated about it. I will not put my last name in full down ever. I will only use initials. They should stick to the number system! It works and follows policy. It seems like there's no Manager that monitors this office. There needs to be.

Just came from being proceddes by and blood drawn by Jessica Reservoir Ave location. Jessica was teriffic, knows her way aroung the office procedures & lab. Was treated great-she has a great personality and knowledgeable. Have had my blood drawn many time..Jennifer the best! Thanks for such a great experience..

This place is awesome, staff is helpful and super friendly. Great place to bring your kiddos to, my 2 year old did so well here and it was quick only took about 5 minutes.

Great experience always quick if you go at the right time. However I still have a problem with HIPPA privacy signing in your name where others can see your name and the people who check you in try to talk soft but it's a small space. They need to come up with another way.

Dont listen to the 1 star reviews! This is the best place to get blood work! I have been going here for 2 years and i am absolutely horrible at getting my blood drawn. Ray is a super nice guy who helped me get over my fear of blood. They even let me lay down with an ice pack while they do it. They are extremely nice and professional. Like i said do not listen to the other reviews. This place is amazing and you wont regret going here.

Based on some of the reviews I was pretty nervous to take my 1yr old here for blood work but we had an amazing experience. The woman checking us in was very nice and the guy and woman who took my son’s blood were amazing. They were so nice and good with him. They found a vein instantly and my 1 yr old didn’t even flinch. Will definitely go back here for any future blood work.
