Great experience always quick if you go at the right time. However, I still have a problem with HIPPA privacy signing in your last name & taking a number where others can see your name. That's a breech of HIPPA. The small girl with short hair and glasses wrote my last name in, and I crossed it out. She was very rude and said they were following HIPPA. Right then, I knew she wasn't educated about it. I will not put my last name in full down ever. I will only use initials. They should stick to the number system! It works and follows policy. It seems like there's no manager that monitors this office. There needs to be.
Also, whenever I went in March, the lady at the front reception was unhelpful &
sarcastic. If it happens again, I'm contacting Corporate.
EDIT: Good morning, Corporate! You continue to let East Side Lab abuse the HIPAA laws. First name last name and a number.
I was told by someone there I 'Had' to put both down first & last name. I put first name only & and that's the way its gonna be

People are very nice at both locations I’ve been too in Cranston. I was able to get my bloodwork results on the same day. They email them directly to me. Customer service is very good and the employees there are very friendly

They refused to do my sons bloodwork because of the name on his insurance card I provided them with the order for bloodwork from his doctor my ID and his insurance card the name on his insurance matched the name on the order I even offered to call his doctor but they still refused to do his bloodwork I will not be going back if I could give 0 Stars I would

Basic lab. Attila the Hun works the window. Once in a chair everything is ok. Phlebotomist has 0 personality.

We went today because our 6 year old daughter needed to get bloodwork done and they were phenomenal. Very professional, calm, understanding and patient. Highly recommend this lab.
