This location has gone downhill and fast can’t imagine it lasting much longer! They open at 5 and yet by 7 they have no bagels croissants or muffins made yet! It’s not a one time thing either! I’ve pre ordered or ordered inside at least 7 times where I was told sorry we didn’t make them yet! Also the staff is rude and unfriendly! I only use this location as a last resort. I’m feeling most do now as well as there is no longer ever a line, just employees playing on their phones and online orders not being attended to so the few of us who do go in have to listen to the constant ringing of the unanswered order. 3rd time since September my bagel fill mini things weren’t warm on the inside, I literally throw money away at this place

I ordered a sandwich and so did my boss. I love that I got 2 tops and she got two bottoms. Love that Dunkin is rising to the occasion of pride month. I support Dunkin because they are an ally!! (Starbucks is better)

2023 Iced Coffee, cold brew because Dark Roast is gone. This isn’t the same although they have been trained to tell you it is, then full cup of ice, pour in 4 oz of coffee filling the cup a little more than half way to leave room for the cold foam. Only $4.80, you would think the least they can do is use a dome lid so you can get 5 oz of coffee for almost $5.Service is too slow here in the morning for a place with no parking, everyone just parks at the gas pumps.

Great coffee but never consistent. Staff is always changing and they never get it right. Sorry Dunkin.

Great experience here especially for a gas station store. People were happy and friendly. Coffee was good fresh and hot. Sandwich and hashbrowns were good. No drive thru but its ok because the service inside is quick

I've never seen coffee that is so inconsistent. It's like a roll of the dice when going here. The coffee may be good OR it may be awful. The last 5 or 6 visits to this location the coffee has been awful. I would rather go to Cumberland Farms for coffee. At least I know I will be making it and it will be good. Also, when visiting today to get a couple of pumpkin muffins (9AM), they of course said they were out and were making more but it would be 20 minutes. Why wouldn't you begin making them as they start to sell and get low? Poorly run location. I will stick to Starbucks up the road or Cumberland Farms. Both places are always consistent with their coffee.

So I originally called to let the manager know I was served bacon that was cold as if it came out of my fridge and smooshed into a ball. The manager proceeded to inform me that they are required to serve the snackin bacon cold . I informed her I had never got it cold and she repeated that it was part of the serving process . Provided me an email for the owner and told me to come back to get another bag of bacon. to clarify , I asked her again "so it's procedure to serve customers freezing pork??" And she said yeah. Not only a gross concept , but gross customer service . No thank you.

Rarely do I visit this DD ... I think I've stopped here maybe three or four times over the span of 10-plus years. Today, however, my work truck was being serviced at a nearby tire store, so I walked here for a coffee. Walking here is not bad, but driving here is another story, which is why I seldom patronize this location. This DD shares a building and parking lot with another business (a bakery, which is kinda ironic), and the parking lot, besides being too small for two businesses, is near a busy intersection on a busy main road - double trouble. Inside is fairly welcoming. It's not a large DD store; the counter is small, and the small tables are mostly lined against two walls. There is a small, divided-off section with a fireplace and easy chairs, but the fireplace (either gas or electric, not sure which) was not lit during my stop. Folks, it IS winter, ya know?! Even during the non-peak time of around 2 p.m., a steady stream of customers came and went, and a good number of them hung out there. One thing that really impressed me was that a professional (i.e., non-employee) was cleaning the windows in the front entrance. I can't tell you how many times I see doors and windows at restaurant chains with greasy finger and hand prints. Service at the counter was polite, and the coffee was okay, although my glazed donut was a bit stale. That would be unforgivable at 7 a.m., but understandable at 2 p.m. The men's bathroom was clean, although the radio station playing over the loudspeaker in the bathroom ceiling was way too loud, prompting me to sing along to one of George Michael '80s hits ... whaddaya know, free karaoke at Dunkin'! It was entertaining listening to my bass voice echo off the tile walls.
