Dollar Tree has a very nice staff who go above and beyond to help customers. One employee even comforted a child who lost a helium balloon, showing kindness and care. However, the store has been without air conditioning for weeks, raising concerns about employee treatment. Despite these issues, the manager, John, and worker, Deleecia, are praised for their excellent service and effort to assist shoppers. Customers enjoy visiting the store because of the personable staff, but they believe more help is needed for the hardworking employees.
My son lost his helium ballon “ flew away from his hand “ and he was so upset and he was crying a lot. I fount one of the employees run away towards us with the same exact ballon , and was so nice with my kid, and helped to calm him down without paying any extra money , i really appreciate it and made all of us happy,... read full comment
