Is for sure this store has everything I need but the customer service today was very disappointed today. The cashier was very rude to me just because I forgot to to say that I wanted to split the payment. he didn’t care to hand out the receipt to me he just didn’t care at all.We need this to be addressed properly.?

This is the second time and the last time I came there. Whenever I buy in these stores I spend 100 more dollars because I buy their products a lot.BUT!The first time I spent around 140.00 and they saw me with a huge cart at the top, employees don't have a chance to take the cart outside, and everything packed in simple cheap paper bags where all the customers leave with the merchandise falling and no one able to help me. I asked the manager for help and he responded very badly and with the worst attitude, ignored me when I wanted to talk to him again and was rude,Today I came again. I spent almost 100.00 and brought my own bags and the incompetent cashier told me with a fresh face that she was not going to pack, that I should pack!!!!!It will be possible! There was a long waiting line and I was packing my products and she was standing looking at me with bad gestures because I was not doing it quickly.I do not recommend this store for any customers and I am going to tell everyone what happens here so that they do not buy. The worst experiences of my life and I am a customer who buys many constant products.There is no use having a store full of many products to choose from if the san is lousy, incompetent and the worst way to treat customers. zero respect. Super disgusting.??????????

In that dollar tree they have a person named JEIMMY giving terrible customer service, this past Thursday I went shopping and I forgot one of my bags there and when I called with a lot of respect that guy only disrespected me, speaking to me in a bad tone and hanging up the phone... Just for me to call and want my article!!! He doesn't know how to give service to customers because for every $1.25 that I and everyone consumes he has a check!!! For my part, I am going to warn all my friends not to return there because if we are going to be treated like this, it is better not to return, what a shame they have a tremendous BEAST in customer service!!!! CRANSTON Dollar Tree!!!!

One of the cleaner $Tree Stores around. Having move in after Walgrrens..(formerly Rite-Aid) moved out helps.Cashier today was friendly.

This is a fairly new Dollar Tree, it hasn't been opened but about a year. The outside looks very well kept and there's plenty of parking. It's located in front of the Aldi on Cranston St. When I walked inside, I noticed how neat and organized this particular store was. Most of the items on the shelves were in their place and the aisles looked clean. I found everything I was looking for. The main issue was check out...when I got to the checkout line, there were about 7 people in front of me....and only one cashier....as people got in line after me, no one came to open a second register...so it took a while to get out. The lady working at the register was patient, friendly and smiley.
