I went to get dip nails the lady didn't put the white dip first just the color dip within one-day they chiped so i went in Friday a week later to show them and they still charged me $25. Even though it was there nail tech that didn't do it right. Will never go back.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Diva, a nail salon that I have been a loyal patron of for over a year. However, my most recent experience has left me deeply unsettled and concerned. During my visit yesterday, I was dismayed to discover not just one, but three nails adorned with a noticeable green fungus, which I suspect originated from the dip used in the nail treatment process and their tools. This discovery has truly shaken my confidence in the salon's hygiene practices and overall quality of service. As a long-standing customer, I have always held Diva in high regard, appreciating their professionalism and attention to detail. However, the moment I observed the technician's facial expression while removing my nails, I instinctively knew that something was amiss. The look of concern and surprise on her face only heightened my unease, indicating that even the salon's own staff recognized the severity of the situation.Considering the extensive duration of my patronage, I had come to expect nothing short of excellence from Diva. Therefore, the presence of such a concerning issue has undoubtedly left me disheartened and questioning the salon's commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for their customers. The fact that this incident occurred despite my consistent visits and trust in their services is particularly distressing. As a responsible consumer, it is imperative for me to bring attention to this matter, not only for my own peace of mind but also to ensure the well-being of future clients. It is my sincere hope that Devia takes immediate action to rectify this situation, conducting a thorough investigation into their practices and implementing necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of such unsanitary conditions. In conclusion, I find it crucial to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent visit to Diva. The presence of green fungus on three of my nails, coupled with the unsettling reaction of the technician, has significantly undermined my trust in the salon's ability to provide a safe and hygienic experience. I sincerely hope that this matter is addressed promptly and effectively, as it is essential for the reputation and integrity of Diva to be upheld.

I paid $20 for extra 10 mins message. It was lovely. I swear I enjoy it better when a man does my pedi message. They take their time. This place is clean fairly price and the have a reward program for $20 off after 10 stamps on card.

BEWARE OF FUNGUS!! Noticed one of my nails looked a little dark so I pulled it off - fungus! I also have one on one of my toes, which makes 2!! The only reason I saw it was they refused to make an appointment for me on a Sunday. I decided I was done with this place so I started taking them off.

Please read this whole thing.I have been going here for years and the customer service has always been fantastic. The girls are always personable and pleasantly have conversation (I'm a jobber jabber). There have been several times that I'd call for an appt on payday and they'd be booked - the owner would say come in today, you can pay on Friday. Recently, I had a house fire. Total loss. A friend had been in and told them what had happened. I went in needing the relaxation of a pedi like never before lol I walked in and these girls rallied right around me with concern and care, asking was I OK, was my son OK - did I need anything. I write this new review (was always a 5 star) because I love and appreciate them, but especially because a lot of this state jumped a bandwagon not too long ago bashing them, who they are as people and their customer service without ever even have walked in the place. If you can delete it, delete it. Because after my tragedy, I racked up over 100 dollars in services and they refused to take my money. Adamantly refused. I had to argue to tip, through my tears LOLThey didn't service a customer that day. They treated a customer like family. And they always do ❤️

I went there a couple of months ago to get a pedicure. I use to go to this place all the time till the one day i went it made me stop going. I had fungus on two of my toe nails at the time and i felt super insecure about it. I’m an athlete so wearing shoes all the time messes my feet up. which was why i wanted to cover it up with nail polish. The worker doing my nails kept looking at me and laughing with her co worker. making me believe they were making fun of me and my fungus nail. till i came to cosmo nails and they showed me a lot of respect.Service: Pedicure

I’m always happy to give Diva Nails my business! I usually see the owner Molly, but all of the nail techs here are skilled and do a great job. The salon is very clean and everyone is very welcoming. Not to mention the prices are great. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!Services: Manicure

Horrible service. I went with my cousin who is an amputee and she was sadly discriminated by one of the workers. The worker would not stamp her card because “ she needs two hands “. Employees are extremely rude and their service definitely does not make up for it. I asked for French and received whatever this is called..? Never ever will I give this disgusting place business again. And neither should you.

I wish I could give no stars but to leave a review you have to give one. This place is at fault for discrimination of a customer. In order for your stamp card to be stamped you need two hands to meet the $45 total. Talk about discrimination at its finest. Also, called to complain and the manager told me I wasn’t listening and I needed to listen to what she had to say. No sorry I don’t. This business does not support equality for all.Service: Manicure

I wish I was able to give zero stars. I frequent this nail salon. I am a left arm amputee and experienced such horrible discrimination from them. The stamp cards they give are only for people with “two hands” and that pay full price. It’s sad that people still don’t understand how to accept others for there differences. I will never be going back here after being treated like this.Service: Manicure

This place discriminated a young lady because she had one hand !! She wouldn’t qualify for their program where they stamp a card in every visit so they can get a discount!! That’s horrible!! This place should be shut down !! The owner should be embarrassed and ashamed!!!!

I believe the owner Molly has gotten very money hungry. She can sometimes be rude and really feels that she is doing you a favor. I had forgotten to have my card stamped once and told her, her response was that's my responsibility and even though I go every 3weeks she would not stamp my card. Having the card you only get $20 off a manicure after ten visits, so refusing the young lady with one hand to stamp her card would mean she refused to give her $10 off . And don't believe that she didn't know about it she is like a hawk sitting in the front and is very aware of what her technicians are doing and saying
