Was unable to pick up my prescription as I was out of the state so I called 2 days ago and was told that my script was good to be picked up until Friday 2/2/2024.Went today and stood in line for 20 minutes and they got rid of my script or put it back!Why is your automated aystem telling me i can pick it up but you are doing something different! Now my doctor is closed and I am unable to pick up my script due to the horrible management / operations at this location! I will be looking for a different pharamacy after this - unbelievable!

If itcwasnt for one particular tech I would give 4 stars I don't know her name but every time I get her she insusts on a co pay where my insurance covers all my there 2 mess She us obviously ringing it through as cash.. You really need to have her retrained. Long grey hair,glasses and talks way too much..

Worst CVS I work a tone so I can make it to CVS about 7:30. There hours are posted at the drive threw 8pm closing time I just came from there. The time is now 7:39. I got there at 7:24 they were closed!!!!!! If my schedule wasn’t so crazy I would be able to go normal hours!!!! Been trying to get my prescription I need for a week now!!!! Post the correct hours of operation. If I could give no star I would.

Nice CVS located in the Cranston area. I went to look for some eye drops and I was amazed on how many options and brands they had. I took some time reading the list of ingredients as well as the major active ingredient in all these options, before I made my decision. I could have asked the pharmacist, but I do like to do my own research. Nice and bright store.

I love this pharmacy. The pharmacist did her job, and noticed that I cannot take any narcotics. She actually did her job. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you so much!! I have been going to this pharmacy for over 4 years, and I have NEVER had an issue. The manager is so nice. The staff pharmacy are also very nice people. Very professional! I would definitely not listen to the bad reviews, and give them a chance.

Most of the pharmacy staff is pleasant, especially the pharmacists. But some of the techs (one in particular) have very poor customer service etiquette. The attitude over the phone is really unnecessary. She tends not to greet you over the phone. And, appears "bothered" when you ask her a question. It would be nice if she would allow you to finish a sentence and speak to you politely when you ask questions. It makes you disinterested in filling prescriptions at this location.

05/07/2022 - Currently the pharmacy drive thru of this location has improved immensely. I visited the drive thru a couple of times this month and my experience has been consistently good.We need to appreciate this more than any other time when there is shortage of staffs around all establishments…so let’s appreciate the ones who shows up. Being courteous and friendly is a topping which this location currently provides :)

At first this review will seem negative, but it is just the opposite. I visited the pharmacy on Monday to order a prescription. They said it wasn't available, but they would see about getting it in a shipment in a day or so. I got a few calls from their automated line on Tuesday and Wednesday saying they are still waiting for the order and will let me know when they get it in. I called back Wednesday afternoon, as I suspected there could be a further delay, and I needed the prescription for the weekend, as my procedure would be this coming Monday. The pharmacist said they actually don't know when they would get it. He checked the system and it was not available within 20 miles at any of the CVS stores either. I said I was hoping to have it by Friday as my procedure was this coming Monday. The pharmacist placed me on hold and contacted the Stop and Shop Pharmacy across the street and they had a box. He gave them my information and they said they will have it ready in about an hour. That is what I call going above and beyond. Yes CVS didn't have it in stock, they thought they would, but things like this happen. They could have just said sorry, try another pharmacy. But he actually took the time to make it work out by contacting a competitor and saving me time and effort. That is the definition of amazing service! Would give 6 stars if I could, just because of the care they showed.

I tried to return and item and the manager refused. I left the store and returned to get a prescription and was shocked to hear the manager making highly insulting and disparaging remarks about me to his staff. I contacted corporate twice by phone and once by email to file a complaint and they never contacted me. This is without a doubt the most classless business I have ever visited. And the same goes for CVS corporate.
