Cannot express how much this pharmacy pisses me off, waited in line in the drive thru forever lady in front got her stuff when it came time to me, their “power” went out. I clearly saw the computer screens light and everything still working but I know they did this because it was close to their lunch time. I was there at 1:22 PM they go on lunch at 1:30-2pm , you dont need to lie if your desperate to go in your lunch but the sign outside the window clearly said 1:30-2pm Lunch , they need to get it together and come up with a better lie to go on lunch earlier. They deserve 0/5 from me. Get your prescriptions sent elsewhere bc this place is not it.

Had an TERRIBLE experience with the minute clinic at this cvs. Had to make a dot health appt with my job. Hr scheduled it and I showed up to an appt with a set time and confirmation code and was told there was no apt in the system. Had to reschedule the appt only to receive a call that I had to reschedule again because nobody was dot certified for that day. I showed up a third time and a different guy told me I needed an additional form with proof of payment or I’d have to pay 120 when the company I work for already gave card information, confirmation code, and paid. I asked why the confirmation code wasn’t proof and was treated like I was stupid. The guy didn’t even try or look and shut the door in front of me. Had to move my apt AGAIN to Wakefield and I was told there that nothing other than my confirmation code was necessary and had zero problems. Really disappointed and will never go there again.

As a former cvs overnight employee I can clearly see the staff are not capable of running this location. the front end is never properly watched and on multiple occasions ive seen items stolen, customers go unhelped at the register, and phones going unanswered. staff are lethargic and take too long to complete tasks and fix shelves, and also do poor quality assembly of shelves and restock leading to alot of product bleed over in the isles. when self checkout encounters errors it takes a very long time for a responce from staff to fix them/scan over their card to determine and fix the error. many staff have very negative attitudes and scoff at customers when asked questions or when they are needed to assist customers. the front counter istelf is also constantly cluttered with product. the doors are also constanly jammed open which for overnight is bad since its easier to run out with products. I am looking into talking to this chains owner or the corporate office to find a solution or at least report these issues, and would recommend orhers to do the same since this is one of few 24 hour locations in the area and it needs to be properly maintained and available for us all.

I recently attempted to pick up an order at CVS months ago, the cashier proceeded to advise that he is not able to help instead of asking probing questions. I had to show him the tracking number twice and he looked completely clueless. If you do not know how to do your job, why not ask for help instead?

Aneta in the CVS skin care department at the Reservoir Avenue store in Cranston, Rhode Island, is a treasure! Over the past several years, she has become my go-to person for skin care products and advice. She is knowledgeable about the many different products that CVS offers and has introduced me to a number of them that I now use all the time, particularly Vichy and LaRoche-Pousay. I always get just what I need, and I’m always pleased with the results. I’ve seen her interact with other customers as well, and I’m always impressed by how cordial she is with everyone.

Pharmacy staff are horrendous. Every single time I need a refill or assistance it’s an ordeal. There is a woman in particular with an attitude problem who claims she can’t do things like check stock at other CVS’s or apply savings cards even though others can with no issue. She demanded personal information as to why my dosage changed.
I confirmed it changed, but she kept pressing me for information telling me she would refuse to help me if I didn’t tell her why I changed. If there is concern call my doctor, you don’t need my medical details. There was a large backstory as to why my med changed and I didn’t feel like rehashing the 38 millions things that occurred to make the change happen.
I’ll be out of my med, it’s back ordered and this woman couldn’t care less. Just lies and tells me she can’t check stock and to ask my doctor to prescribe an alternative. Sure it’s not her problem that I’m out, but that’s your job to do, so do it.
Even though this CVS is very local, I think I’ll be needing to transfer my scripts elsewhere. Judging by the other reviews here, seems like they really need to overhaul their Pharmacy Department, with some new staff.

A pretty nice CVS, although the drive-thru could use a little attention.

I was in Cranston and I decided to come in here to get some toothpaste with my 20% off coupon.....which used to be 40%, then 30%...now it's only 20%. I like this CVS. The parking lot is ample and well lit at nights. The store inside is very clean and very neatly organized. By looking above, I can tell what products are on which aisle. The toothpaste section was easy to find....and I got my item with no problem...

Never go here for a vaccine. People are not trained properly to handle the job here. They don’t have the proper knowledge or understanding of the technique. I received my vaccine from a pharmacy tech. Who questioned my choice of vaccine along with not answering a question I had asked correctly. I asked the pharmacy tech to ask the pharmacist which she contradicted his answer. The vaccine was administered too high on my arm and after the vaccine was finished I felt increased pain in my muscle. I passed out and was told this was a seizure (which was incorrect) and passed out again. Finally the medics came and identified that it was not a seizure. That I had just passed out. I never pass out with vaccines and within a couple weeks after this I have had pain in my shoulder ever since.
