Cumberland Farms makes life easier for busy people every day. What started in 1939 with a cow and a dream has grown into a network of convenience stores across eight states. Three generations later, Cumberland Farms is still family owned and operated, and continues to reflect the values it was built upon: envisioning a better way to serve customers by providing the best possible products at the best possible prices. Whether you're buying a cold Chill Zone fountain drink, a hot or iced cup of Farmhouse Blend Coffee, or filling the gas tank, convenience and customer service are key. The staff is described as extra nice, courteous, and willing to help, with one employee, Ezekiel, going out of his way to assist a customer. Customers appreciate the clean bathrooms, ample parking, and wide selection of offerings, including quick meals, lottery tickets, phone chargers, and more. The gas prices are also noted as being cheap, with the option to save further through the SmartPay program. Cumberland Farms, colloquially known as Cumby's, is a regional chain of convenience stores based in Westborough, Massachusetts, operating primarily in New England, New York, and Florida. The company has undergone a transformation in recent years, rebranding its logo and expanding its fresh food offerings, such as pizza, chicken sandwiches, and subs. While it may not be on the same level as larger chains like Wawa or Bucee's, Cumberland Farms provides a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience for its customers.
I go to this Cumberland Farms several times daily. The staff is extra nice and courteous. Willing to help and keep things clean. Ezekiel went out of his way to help me out with what I needed while he was cleaning the coffee station. I'll be back tomorrow or maybe later.
