I’ve been with Store Space going on two years now, and I can honestly say no other manager has been as reliable, helpful and kind as Sean. With the previous management I was never able to get ahold of anyone over the phone and no one was ever in the office. However, Sean has been here every time I’ve come in and if not his assistant Matt has been, both are always willing to help and always pleasant. Not only has the staff improved but the cleanliness and safety have as well. The consistency and customer service with the new management team is why I have stayed here.

Been renting at this storage facility for years now!! Constantly increasing the rent, outrageous late fees, I'm paying $486 for 10×30 ,web promo =376 ,they said that's just to attract new customers then raise them up to $486 soon after, like they did with me I moved out for slightly better rate only to get charged more soon after, web promo 1/2 off the $376 for first 2 months then after 3rd month it's $486.
They can't wait to charge lien fees either.most companies will work with you,no not these guys!!!

Very impressed with the facility and the staff. The location was easy to find, easy in and out and was clean.

What a huge difference Sean has made at the StoreSpace in Cranston! It is a complete turn around & is back to being very clean with everything working properly. Also, Sean is always there to help with anything I need. Thanks!

Great place for storage, usually very clean inside and out. My only complaint is the price of my storage unit raising twice in a year to double what I had initially paid. Other than that it was a great place for the year I had rented.

The person at the front was very nice and he explained everything to me about the unit and the pricing up front. Love the convenience of auto pay. I never miss a payment.
