Terrible experience. I had sold my house and needed to move before closing which they knew. A storm was predicted and tgey never notified me that tgey cancelled my move. They couldnt accommodate me until a week out even though they knew the urgency . Their response was ..what do you want us to do, ? They left me high and dry!

They are horrible. Never bothered to tell me they were cancelling my move until I called them to check. Would not reschedule until a week later. Responses and reasons for poor communication were ...i don't know. What do you want me to do?. Not proactive bad attitudes they don't care and that must be why they didn't request a deposit of any kind.

I am moving about 15 minutes away and had one load I wanted to deliver first. I was very pleased with how Consumers handled the loading and unloading. The three guys were​ polite,didn't​t waste time and am now getting ready for my final move. Will let you know how that goes as well

I have worked in the storage industry and have been a customer of Consumers' Moving and Storage. I have found them to be extremely friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond by helping me load my SUV and letting me borrow a pad to pack a piece of furniture. Few storage places actually help you move stuff in and out of the facility. The employees also helped me find a local donation center to donate some bicycle parts I did not need. Their storage system of containers seems to do a good job protecting contents and allowing for long term storage. They also sell boxes. Kind regards, Ben S.

Excellent service! They were pleasant to work with. They were very careful with our furniture and did an amazing job of packing the furniture for a long distance move. Everything arrived in great condition. I would highly recommended them!

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Movers were careful but efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. They only had to move one (heavy, glass) china cabinet this time; I would not hesitate to hire them for a full house move. Highly recommended!
