Matt Ricci and his team were extremely helpful throughout the whole experience of home buying. As first time buyers it can be a daunting task but Matt was helpful and answered all of my questions. He was quick to respond when we needed anything. I definitely appreciated the experience and highly recommend!

Matt Ricci and the whole Churchill team were very easy to work with and were always available when we needed them the most. We had no issues as far as the mortgage process went and the title company was actually stunned that the money was available on time, on closing day (I guess big-name-banks have trouble following through, which causes delays and pushes closing dates out unnecessarily).

I've actually heard of Churchill Mortgage a company that actually shuts the door on the face, of a highly motivated Insurance Business Rep. from the whole New England, with one of the biggest Insurance Company in the country. Someone who is bringing a gift to celebrate the business you had together, and gets the door on the face, so rude!That is some bad leadership on the branch.When someone comes to your door to make sure mortgage companies all around New England gets the best rates and the best service, you don't just shut the door on their faces! Even if at the moment, it is not the perfect fit, at least show the courtesy of having a conversation and getting to know more about their job and what they can bring to your table.To all of their clients, you probably went with a more expensive and less coverage insurance on your home buying experience, due to the fact that their leadership don't know what is to have a relationship with their clients, this mortgage company only want to get your money, and don't care about tomorrow!If i could leave 0 stars I would've!

Matthew was very attentive and was always available when we needed him! He always would read out time to time asking us how everything was going while we were under contract waiting for answer on the sellers side. He made sure our needs were met and showed a lot of respect on the fact we live a debt free life style and want to pay our mortgage off as soon as possible! We can't thank Matthew enough for all his help!

My partner and I just closed on a home using a 30 year conventional loan from Churchill Mortgage.Our loan officer - Ron Manton - was instrumental in getting our offer accepted in a very competitive market. We initially asked for a pre approval letter for a lower amount (though we would have qualified for a much higher loan), but ended up finding a turnkey home we loved for which we wanted to go slightly higher. Ron was immediately responsive to our email asking if that would be possible - confirming that we were eligible for a the higher pre approval amount. Because it was Mother’s Day and Ron was at dinner with his family, he wasn’t able to provide an updated pre approval letter by the offer deadline - however, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND - sending email communications to and even hopping on a phone call with the listing agent to confirm that we would be approved for our offer amount.Ron and his team have been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process - answering any questions we had within minutes. I couldn’t recommend them more.

My wife and I live in New Hampshire. We worked with Matt Ricci from Churchill Mortgage. He is out of RI but is licensed in several surrounding states. Matt is professional, personable, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall great person to work with. He worked so well as a key part of our stellar team to buy our house in this crazy 2022 market. This is our second time working with him and I'm sure it won't be our last. Everyone we dealt with at Churchill was extremely helpful. Matt went out of his way to check in with us regularly all the way through closing, making it much less stressful for us as first-time homebuyers. The rest of the team guided us through what is an unavoidably complicated process and made it as painless as it could possibly be.
