Horrible customer service the owners wife AKA the one that drives the black Porsche has a terrible attitude which I had checked her twice infront of others for her rude behavior to have to think twice about going inside to shop is sad because she makes you feel not welcomed but if anyone is looking for a nail store there’s mass nail supply in Randolph Massachusetts there so nice way nicer then central they also carry notpolish??

Terrible customer service. The actual store has a great selection, however they were so rude to me I decided to leave the stuff and go elsewhere. When I asked for help she just pointed to the aisle and when I was clearly confused she just acted as if I was incompetent.

Sooo let me tell you... I would give this place a 0 star. Me and my 2 friends (3 color people), went in and as soon as we walked in she was like ''what do you want?'' We told her and didn't direct us to where it was. There was also a guy lurking between the aisle. At checkout, she was rude and rushing as, even asking if we were professionals. They gave very racist and I wouldn't continue to this place!

Just went there and wow I was made so uncomfortable. The racial profiling was wild . Between the rude customer service with the woman working at the desk and the man worker just following me and my friend not even asking if he could help us find anything was truly infuriating.It’s a shame because I really wanted to buy some supplies for my girls and they made the entire experience uncomfortable. Absolutely do not come here unless you want to be made uncomfortable/racially profiled. Never again.

I always have to think 2-3 times before I go in here of how uncomfortable they make a lot of people feel. Many times I go in and I get “ WHAT YOU WANT” and feeling rushed to get out the store.

I cannot believe I’m reading reviews about people complaining about not having a license… This is my favorite nail supply, as I live 5 minutes from it and have established a good repore with everyone who works there. They have always been so kind, I brought my daughter in and they were so nice to her! Don’t believe the bad reviews!

I think that there are soo many other high demand name brand products for professional use online that doesn’t ask for a license, because there are so many self taught nail techs now and days... you can get almost anything online without a license.. maybe reconsider letting people without a license shop you’ll probably get more customers now ??..
