The woman responsible for tax forms is incredibly hard to get a hold of. At the moment I am unemployed looking for work, so my tax return would really help. I already filled out my forms and dropped them off. I called them again today and they picked up. Gave my name and number and still haven't received a call back from Jay or J? They are about to close at 4. I am very worried about the information I gave them because who knows who has it now. Very unprofessional and disorganized

Terrible service in all honesty. I'm playing phone tag with these people every week. I dropped in my tax forms on the 30th and they lost them. Now I have to pay the consequence due to someone else's negligence. Please do your jobs in the correct order. You are handling other people's information all too carelessly. I shouldn't be going through this nor should anyone

This is for the CCAP Dental in Coventry, RI for Dr. Thomas Zelinski. Today was my 3rd visit with Dr. Z. I have to go back for several visits due to some major reconstruction that I need to have done. I was impressed by Dr. Zelinski's work. Shocked actually. Although he explained what he was doing, I honestly didn't expect the drastically improved results. He's honest, friendly and has a calming demeanor needed for a wimp like me who can't deal with pain. I'm actually looking forward to having the rest of the work done. The food bank and wic are great services the dental service however is extremely neglectful and will find any way to blame you … I have lost 4,200 dollars for their referral of treatment the drs are always moving locations and they are very rude and multiple patients lost fillings because they don’t do them correctly after leaving them for their suggestions of more unnecessary work in am so happy with my new dentist who listens cares and looked at my insurance to let me know the last dentist (ccap) was not doing work properly . I recommend switching

Whoever picks up the phone for the utility assistance program is very rude and snobby in tone and I guess my voice didn't match the area because she asked if I lived in cranston I said yes she repeated oh you do? Disgusted at this point and very uncomfortable she also chuckled after certain misunderstandings and we know what that insinuates anyway I told her I'd just try my luck online as I'd never give someone like that my and my children's information Tuesday oct 18 around 2:20 pm in case anybody there cares

Friendly Staff easy to access the food pantry, fair quick an quality handicap accessible grocery carts to take out to the parking lot so you don't have to carry them upstairs elevator which is also handy for disabled veterans

Hi my name is Marie, this was my first visit to food bank. I was so nervous but they made me feel so welcome. Lol. I felt like I was at stop and shop. I got a lot of good food. I am so thankful.

Honestly, I didn't think they would be a good place for a good Doctor. I'm quite happy that I came here. They are super friendly. My Dr and the staff are friendly. I would recommend it.

I brought some homeless friends there for food and the staff was extremely, pleasant and treated my friends with absolute respect. The only thing I would change is they do not list their lunch breaks on line so when I took them for a 2nd trip - the store was closed for about 2 hours and we had to leave and my friends could not get food for the week because I couldn't get back there with them.

Impossible to get an appointment at the CCAP dental office in Cranston. I went in to get a crown replacement as I have a broken crown and after making a temporary repair they said at the appointment I would have to schedule another appointment to have it replaced but they couldn't schedule it then. I then called four or five times on different days and they kept telling me I needed to call back (earlier in the week, earlier in the day, or early next month) as the schedule was full even when i would call exactly when they told me to call. Eventually, they told me a different department makes appointments and that they would call me. They never did. That was months ago.
