Good selection and prices. Really great service and easy process from Carmax…once we were served. Had to make two appointments to complete the buying process; the first appt scheduled, they were late by an hour and the second late by 1/2hr. This is incredibly difficult when trying to coordinate a babysitter for the toddler.

My brother in law passed away and we were selling his car. Spencer Gaye was knowledgeable about which papers (probate, death certificate, title, etc) we needed and the sale was complete within an hour!!! The quoted price was the amount we received! No fuss, no haggling!! What a great experience!
