I'm thrilled to see this gas station and convenience store reopen after a 10-month closure, now under new management. Not only is it clean, well-stocked, and staffed with friendly people, but it also offers impressively cheap gas prices. It's become my go-to stop for fuel and essentials, and I highly recommend it to others in the area!

Bestway is back. I do advise you to get a receipt. In my opinion, I don't think they like women customers. Why would my husband pay less than me for the same items? I was worried the snack I got was going to be expensive. I should have been more concerned with red bulls I didn't know they'd be costing $3.99 each for a 12oz. Across the street they are $2.55 without a sale. I've noticed they do not like cig coupons on the pack. On one occasion my cigs had a .25 cent coupon. So what did they do? The cashier/owner motioned for another pack. That non coupon pack was scanned and put back on the shelf. I asked for my receipt because I thought I might have been charged for two packs. In stead I saw everything but the snacks were over priced. Advil and Motrin One priced for $5.99 the other no price. So the cashier checked the Advil and what do you know.... $9.99. Isn't that an oddity? Just like red bull with no price listed. Sigh Oh and yes they always give my husband the cig coupons and other discounts. So I'm really having a hard time trusting a store that in my opinion doesn't like women and IMO most certainly doesn't like spending money on plastic bags for a customer's. Always get a receipt and and IMO it's probably best for females to skip this gas station. Dollar General can be super annoying but at least I know what I'm spending before I get to the register. Again this is in my opinion. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

This is a small gas station/convenience store located at the intersection of Park and Dyer avenues. It features four fuel pumps, with fairly low gas prices. The building and grounds have seen better days. To the left of the building, there's still the remnants of an old pay phone (which is actually kind of nostalgic to me, who grew up before cell phones). Inside, the store is sparsely stocked, with large gaps on shelves. A couple of long folding tables for Keno players occupies the middle of the store. Normally, I'd rate a gas station/convenience store of this type two stars, because of lack of amenities, limited selection and worn-down appearance. However, I decided to rate this business three stars due to the fact that the man behind the counter (who I assume is the owner) is very personable, and apparently educated. On one visit, he actually engaged me in a fairly long conversation about the origin of various surnames.
