I came in today with three parts that can not be replaced I accidentally left upstairs in their showroom a gold nob to hold the shower handle whrn I came back it was gone my wife is so. Upset.i am including a Pic I could not sleep after this today after not getting the part back. I was forced to repurchase the parts at a, cost of $522 forced to order two. Matching towel rods for shower!

Outstanding customer service. Brandon helped identify and resolve a problem on product that was purchased many years ago and unknown to us is still under warranty. Bath Splash is simply the best business in it’s field.

Good showroom and selection, but service is lacking. Salespeople seem to have little to no actual knowledge of their products beyond what they can read in a catalog description (which anyone can do). It can take days to hear back - which is a problem when your shower door comes with no installation instructions or model information for your contractor to even look it up.

We have purchased a variety of bathroom fixtures over the last 18 months. The front-end design assistance we received was very helpful. Despite COVID supply chain challenges, all our orders were managed professionally and completed on time. Whenever there was even a minor issue, it was quickly resolved. Strong customer service is clearly a priority.

Over the past 3 years, we've purchased several items from Robinson for 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen renovation.There were many visits during this time, and the staff was enormously helpful and delivered excellent customer service EVERY TiME, especially Zachary. Emails were responded to in 4 hours or less (mostly less) and phone calls were always returned promptly. The warehouse staff was also great. We had one small problem with our vanity countertop, which was the fault of the external vendor. Zachary took charge and, within 2 weeks, a new counter was delivered.Their vast selection of sinks, vanities, hardware, toilets etc. ranges from affordable to top of the line. This variety of options makes it so much easier to choose items based on the budget you have to work with.I would highly recommend Robinson Supply.

I walked into the showroom on a Saturday morning and was greeted by a employee who was able to help me pick out exactly what I was looking for and give me an estimate. Prior to this visit I purchased a shower stall and base without even coming to the store. I worked with Zachary on that transaction and am very pleased with his professionalism. After my Saturday visit I called the showroom on a Tuesday and placed my order with Lizeth. I was told my fixtures could come in in about 2-3 weeks. Although with Covid and the shipping the issues we are all experiencing it took about 4 weeks for all parts to come in. Lizeth and I communicated often and when all parts arrived they delivered them to my home complementary, which is great for customer service! I would highly recommend Robinson Supply aka Bath Splash Showroom to anyone as it’s wholesale and great quality products. Just don’t expect anything immediately as most likely it needs to be ordered from the manufacturer. I haven’t had my shower or the fixtures installed yet due to the delay in shipment of fixtures. My contractor wasn’t very nice about it and I had to let them go as they weren’t very understanding. Now I’m in the hunt for a new contractor that can install plumbing and electrical and do some sheet rocking and painting. If anyone reads this and wants to recommend a licensed contractor for me, recommendations are welcome. Thank you!

Went to the Cranston location and they have a great showroom! The staff is nice and also knowledgeable. Worked with Zachary Roberts. Zachary is super super to work with. Completed my order and got it delivery as promised. I did have an issue with one of the bathroom fixtures being damaged. I told him about it and he was able get another one to me the following week. It was delivered to my door. Absolutely impressed!!Thank you Zachary and team!! I will be placing another order soon!

They don't care about ordering correctly and when they order the wrong parts and you wait 5 months for those parts and your sink design cannot be installed properly they will make you return the part in person, not issue a refund by credit card, promise to send a check and then not send a check and then tell you to come back in person to get cash. They are thieves and ugly as business people. Go elsewhere they will not be your partners in your projects. If I could leave zero stars I would.
