I stopped in while strolling my 5 month old on this gorgeous day! We love our Banana Republic so I had to stop in! Nina greeted us and she was so kind! Everyone at this store was kind and loved my son’s BR clothing! From the moment I walked in, to fitting room and checkout, it was all a great experience! The store was clean and organized and every was nicely displayed!My little Banana Baby & I will totally be making more visits!I highly recommend this store!Thank you Nina for the wonderful experience!

What an amazing experience I had shopping at the Garden City, Cranston location. Friendly and prompt greetings. I purchased three pairs of shorts, which are super comfortable and fit well. Seems crazy to me that the quality of this boutique clothing of this store is so much higher than the outlet version. It is almost unbelievable. The selection is top notch and staff is great.

I love Banana Republic, the quality of their clothes, the styles and the service are very good whichever one you visit.This one in Garden City is smaller than the Providence Place Mall one, I think. Their men's section is limited, but they did have a nice selection of jackets, shirts, pants, etc.....Their choices are usually very serious and traditional, like their pants are usually navy, black, gray...all solid colors.... Very much timeless.

My partner ordered several items from the website and they didn’t fit. He brought them back to this location and they refused to take the items back, even though the website said they could be returned at the store. The manager also refused to take the return. This could have been a very simple transaction but they decided to make our lives more difficult by not taking this return.

Patti Rock is AMAZING!!! Patti went the extra mile by taking the time to find this one beautiful, stunning red dress that I had searched extensively for. She shipped it to me. I received the dress in 3 days! It fits me perfectly! Thank you Patti for going above and beyond!!!

The staff here go above and beyond. I found a sweater that I liked online but was out of my size. The staff searched all the other local stores, and then called stores in Texas and Virginia to see if they had it since the computer showed these stores had 1 in stock. When that didn't work, they were able to get one from their internal online system and had it shipped to my house! So grateful for their efforts. Also, they wipe down the counter after each guest!

The 50% of was great but the selection was not... COVID19 probably had something to do with that, not being open for over 2 months I'm sure that they just wanna unload some stock.
