If i could give this zero stars I would. Today I purchased a new battery for my key fob and the employee who changed it completely broke it. There are chunks missing and the inside is completely exposed. I understand things happen but the employees were rude, and did not apologize. A key fob replacement can be $200-$300 and all the employees could say, was “well it still works and it’s not too expensive to fix.” The way they handled it was so unprofessional and they treated me like I was the problem. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE

If i could give it 0 stars i would.The last 3 times I went in there they didn't have what I needed in stock. Simple oil filters and air filters. The customer service is awful. You can hear them in the back chit chatting, swearing, talking about vulgar things while they have a line of customers waiting. I only go because it's 2 streets over from me but I will not return. Most of the good workers went over to o reilys. Much better service there.

My a/c wasn't working blowing cold air. I bought a can to recharge. I couldn't get anyone to do it for me (my family) so I was returning in. The guy asked why I was returning it I said I couldn't find anyone to do it for me, he came outside, and did it for me. I think his name was Eli. Super nice super helpful. My AC is blowing cold air. He save me a trip to fire stone. I definitely would recommend this place.
