I have brought several of my vehicles over the past 8 years to Auto Paint for a variety of body/paint repairs - - each time, they have provided the absolute highest degree of repair with nothing less than flawless results. Yes, they are truly that good at what they do - on a scale of 1-10, they rate 100. In addition to their restoration and repair expertise, it has always been a real pleasure to work with both Silvana and Paul, who are the heartbeat of this operation. Personable, professional, knowledgeable, and so darn friendly that I think of them as family. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A TIMELY FIX TO YOUR VEHICLE.I brought in my brand new car to be fixed after an extremely minor accident, as I was referred to them by the Kia dealership in Johnston. There was very minimal damage, so I was thinking it would be a 7-day turnaround, at most.It took 14 days for them to finish my car. As I approached the 2 week mark, I began calling to see when I could pick up my vehicle. They would consistently tell me it would be done by ‘the end of the day’, and then I would not hear from them again - until I called them back.I had to tell them that I was going to pick up my car on Day 14, no excuses, for it to finally be ready. When I received it, my leather seats were filled with dimples - probably due to car parts resting on them for the two weeks.Extremely frustrating. Horrible customer service. I will never recommend someone come here.Services: Body & Trim

Brought my fiat in for a quote on a minor exterior issue. It took them 14 days to send me an estimate for a different car, i emailed and called no response. I drove 30 miles to them only to have to wait another two weeks to finally get the right estimate. My warranty approves the repair in 1 day and i proceed since they are the only certified fiat body shop in Rhode island. They said parts were ordered and i will be getting a call in few weeks to schedule the repair. I called 2 weeks after to get an update but i was told that the parts were not ordered, they “apologized” and supposably place the order for me and asked me to call back in 2 weeks. Its been 7 weeks now I call every two weeks and They consistently tell me the parts will be here by Friday, and then I would not hear from them again - until I called them back.In conclusion its been over 11 weeks of nothing but lies. I’m stuck because the repair is already approved by my warranty and i don’t know what to do nowService: Body & Trim

I have a beautiful 2020 Jeep Wrangler I brought it here, they had it for 3 weeks never a phone call in three weeks.. when it was done the dest didn't know what was going on and I got the jeep back and the doors are a different color.. discussed!!!!Service: Painting

I had the back of my trunk painted over & various scratches caused by a shovel clearing off snow fixed at auto paint ri. The service was fantastic, price was much less than I had originally anticipated, & the car looks brand new. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

My 2013 Kia Optima looks brand new! Factory paint was peeling around windshield & door. We were lucky to find George at Auto Paint RI. He knew just what was needed to work with KIA & to provide professional paint repair, restoring my Pearl White paint. When George walked us into shop we were amazed at how clean everything was. Then I saw my car! It looked brand new! Many thanks to all at Auto Paint RI. We will highly recommend them!
