I was in a minor accident that only involved my drivers side tire and rim. it has been over a month and they just got around to ordering the tire and rim. I have had to call constantly to check on progress. I am always told I will get a call back but never do. The receptionist is rude and acts as if she doesn't have time to answer questions or follow through with insurance requirements and inspection appointments. I've never had such poor customer service. How are these people still in business??

Over a month and they still havent fixed a simple broken rim and flat tire. The receptionist is rude and condescending. No follow up was done in regards to insurance inspection appointments even though I was advised to let them handle the insurance company. I finally had to get involved and work with my insurance company myself to schedule an inspection. Ive never had such bad customer service. The replacement tire and rim was just ordered and who knows how long they will take to complete my repair. I strongly advise going elsewhere!

Cranston PD called them for a roll over Infront of my house the two driver did not clean up half of the debris they left large piles of broken glass at the end of my driveway and in my yard where my daughter could get into it

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would do it. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE, the lady up front is beyond disrespectful and has a very nasty attitude. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE.

Arlington Auto & Body RUINED my car. My car was towed by Arlington a little over a week ago. My car is an AWD, and the person who towed my car, dragged it onto the tow truck. And this is something that obviously should have NEVER happened. The pipes are dragging on the ground and everything. Arlington Auto & Body made everything so much worse. They also should work on their professionalism, organization, and obviously training for their employees. Such a TERRIBLE experience here.

A driver blocked in my vehicle to tow another vehicle. When I asked him to please let me out (he had just pulled behind my car) he rudely said, “Wait a minute!” There was plenty of room for him to move.By the time he finished, the owner of the company, Maria, informed me that he was a nice guy and that she would reprimand him. She didn’t know why he was there, he didn’t have a call there.

Very friendly and the older lady at the desk is so funny she speaks to you as if she knew you for a long time. shes so nice she makes you feel at home but at the same time shes very professional she sure treated me as a daughter this is the second time i go there and they are all very friendly i don't have nothing negative to say about them...they should make a youtube channel and post up everything they do..... I give it ********** stars

They clearly never want to help when I call them. The lady is rude and just tells me to call state police for towing in their area. I rather call colettas in that area. They deny me for jobs too but at least they aren’t rude about it
