Highly Recommend Action Auto Body!
Action Auto Body truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I brought in my Defender, and they did an outstanding job with the repairs. Their attention to detail and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed that I also took my girlfriend's Ford Edge to them, and they took excellent care of her too, getting her back on the road quickly.
They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right, and their customer service is top-notch. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto body shop, I highly recommend Action Auto Body!

So hard to find a good and honest auto body shop nowadays. These guys were great. They were quick, gave me a rental car, and had great customer service! Charged what I'd consider an extremely fair rate as well.

I had my car detailed here over the summer and thought they did well enough besides leaving some uneven spots with the buffer on the front bumper. Today, I was cleaning out my trunk to discover they put a piece of putty directly on the carpet to for some reason hold down my otherwise well fitted cargo liner that had no issues with shifting. I have a cargo liner to keep my carpet free from stains, who does this that professionally cleans cars?

Andy was an absolute life saver. He has my business for life. Wife was in a horrible car crash and Andy was the savior in the whole process in coordinating a rental car and dealing with insurance. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to go through this body shop.

I would never consider using this company to repair my car. My kid got in an accident and our car was towed there. The insurance company determined it to be a total loss and asked that we go there to clean out the car and sign a release so the car could be moved to a lot that won't charge for storage. The very next day we head over there and the car has already been taken away - with my kid's stuff in it - and WITHOUT our permission. I called the insurance company to get that address of the storage facility, my son goes there the next day, and his $750 bass guitar amp has been stolen from the car. I called Action Automotive Collision Center to find out who released the car. The woman on the phone tells me the insurance company released it. So I asked what the person's name was who signed off on it and she got very short with me, saying the insurance company signed off on it and that I should have them call her. I called the insurance company and they told me they NEVER sign for the release of someone's car. I got a copy of the slip and where my signature was supposed to go it says "Ok to release." So there's no responsibility for loss, the insurance company won't cover it, saying it's the Autobody that's at fault, and Action Autobody says it's the insurance company that's at fault. Brilliant.Responding to below: Clearly you did release the car without the owner's permission. The insurance company did not own my car and no one signed for the car's release. We turned in the title at the storage yard the day after the car was moved and after the items were stolen. I asked your employee on the phone for the name of the person at the insurance company who released the car and all she would give me was the name of the insurance company – not a person. I have included an image showing the towing company invoice where I was supposed to sign for the release of my car. It shows the tow truck driver's signature, but no signature from an owner. So as this case illustrates, you do not always get the owner's permission to release the car.
