We ate teaching our daughter how to drive but we wanted a few professional lessons as well since her road test is in 1 week so we booked 3 two hr driving lessons with AAA (worth every cent!) She had an awesome experience with her instructor Norm from the Smithfield Rhode Island AAA location. He was soooo patient,encouraging, calm,very knowledgeable,sociable, funny and super sweet!!! I highly recommend asking for him if you plan on taking your child to AAA for lessonsTHANK YOU SO MUCH NORM?

It was a horrible and scary experience with some of the most careless customer service in a stressful time I have ever heard of. I was stranded on the highway with a storm approaching . Eva who talked to me on the phone was completely rude and heartless . She hung up on me and didn't call back and she lied to me for almost two hours telling me it would be 20 minutes away. (Additionally someone working from home as a call center could not even find me in the system). Come to find out three different tow drivers couldn't find me and never ONCE called or texted to try and find me . Eva did not tell me this she just kept heartlessly lying and telling me 20 minutes as I waited in dangerous storms on the highway. She needs to be retrained in customer service as this was dangerous and heartless .

I love this place. They are so organized and efficient. I drove up because I had lost the sticker for my license plate and saw the sign that said that I needed to make an appointment online. I have no problem with that or anything else that keeps me safer. I got online right there in the parking lot and made an appointment for about three hours later that day. It worked out perfectly. There was one person ahead of me in line and I was helped quickly and was on my way.

This place is the worst for booking a cruise,stay away. My wife and I booked two cruises here and they have dropped the ball. Worst customer service ever.As the cruise gets closer day by day the people all the way to the top are more and more clueless. They say that they will call and fix problems but they don't. Book directly with the cruise line and stay away from this place,you have been warned!

Wow! What a great experience! Since I've moved to a different part of the state I didn't know what to expect from this AAA office. The moment I walked in, being the first of the month there was definitely a long line. I waited in line and was greeted by such a wonderful customer service rep. Once they know what you're there for (registration, passport pics, etc), you're then placed on the list. She told me it was over an hour wait but I was called within half hour. The pics show a lot of people but trust me when I tell you, they have their work down to a science and were very quick and efficient, and the whole time they have smiles on their faces and know all the answers. The customer service staff is great and so accommodating. 5 stars for awesome service!!!

I've been coming to this AAA location for several years now. My most recent visit was to obtain a duplicate registration for my vehicle. It was such a pleasure to be able to conduct registry in this office. The clerk at the registry desk was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time. From the moment I checked it, sat and completed what I needed to be done took approximately five minutes. They are very organized and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Very customer service driven here and very knowledgeable staff.

So my battery died and I called for a jump. Was told it was going to cost me 45.00 For a jump. Absolutely crazy! Only 4 Service calls a year. What's the point then??

I Went to AAA Cranston to renew my registration on two cars. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly woman behind an information desk who guided me to the right line. A very nice gentlmen behind the counter ask how he could help me. I explained what I was there for and he advised me that my paperwork was not filled out correctly. I forgot to put my insurance info on there, that of course i forgot in my car. I made several trips out to my car after grabbing an expired card first, the whole time the gentlemen waited patiently for me. After securing the right card he registered my two vehicles and I was on my way. Did I mention my registration on both cars expired on that day. AAA made it a very pleasant day. Great experience! Member for life!

Went in to renew my AAA membership and the line was horrendous. The registration line was mixed in, just an unpleasant experience. I probably will not bother doing my car registration there, it's beginning to become just as bad as the registry.

I used to live in Cranston and do work right near there so this is a pretty convenient location. In a long and overdue review, had a great experience here with travel agent Pauline Constantino about 5 years ago (Extremely overdue). I booked a trip for myself and my husband to Disney for his 30th birthday as he had never been before. She was very informative and provided me with everything I needed. I made payments over time, she helped with the booking of our room at Port Orleans (and we had a perfect room location as well!) as well as restaurant recommendations for reservations. As I had not been since I was 10, I needed the best information on how to divvy up the time between parks while saving a few bucks and making the most of it. I can't wait to book our next one with our daughter!

Came for a registration renewal. Have been waiting over an hour in line. Next time I'll just be going to the DMV.. AAA, you need to Get more staff in that area ASAP!

I recently purchased a new car and had to turn in my old truck plates. The thought of having to go to the DMV for this nauseated me. So I turned to one of the best services that AAA provides......DMV services at AAA offices. The office was busy but the staff there was great. My plates were processed and documented in a matter of minutes!! No more nausea. No long lines at the DMV. This is truly one of the best services provided by AAA. I've been a member for over forty years. It was a great buy then and it's still a great buy today. Thanks AAA.

Had to get a new license today after my was stolen this week... Went to AAA in Cranston. Customer service was top notch!! I believe Jennifer helped us. She was phenomenal. Explanation of the membership was through, and renewed my license as well. So nice to know there is still great customer service in RI!!! Went in again in September to get my daughter her drivers education booklet. Again my customer service rep was excellent !!! He verified my address and phone just to be sure everything was still accurate! Great job again!!
