I have been a customer with this Walgreens for a year and a half...I have to say Chenny and Adam are extremely pleasant. They have always given me the best customer service and it's always nice to know that they are there for me as Walgreens pharmacy technicians. Keep up the good work!!!

The pharmacy is great here. The techs and pharmacists are friendly and patient. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a script. Drive thru if you don't want to go in.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. By far the worst pharmacy in the state. Screwed me on my prescription today after saying it was ready and I took care of everything on my end. The women who works the counter at the pharmacy thinks she’s the Gail Lewis of the Walgreens world the way she blocked me from getting my meds today. Absolutely ashamed they are even allowed to be open. Every other pharmacy in the state I can get my medication no problem but apparently here you gotta bring the Declaration of Independence

We went there on 11/4/23 needing to get a vaccine for my grandkid for college. And do to insurance issues. We couldn't get it done there, and we had to have this resolved this weekend and Ryan the pharmacist went above and beyond to help us out. And he found a place were we, were able to get it. So we want to say thanks to Ryan the pharmacist.

They never have anything on the shelves. It is obvious they don't do any ordering except for 1 item. I don't even bother trying with this Walgreens anymore. It's by far the worst I have been to.

Employees drive WAY TOO FAST in the parking lot. One employee crashed into my car head on. Do not go to this Walgreens. If I was walking across the road she would have killed me. Will be making calls to corporate offices.

It was very easy to get an online appointment to get the Covid booster. When I got to the pharmacy, I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The person who gave the shot was very nice.

If I could give negative 10 stars, I would!I went to the drive-up window today at 3:30 to pick up my prescriptions that were dropped off at 10:00 in the morning. I had to wait 15 minutes outside in my car because they could not find my prescriptions. 15 minutes is a long time to wait for something that should be ready to pick up. The pharmacy staff at this location (Tiogue Avenue, Coventry, R.I 02816) is so incompetent, it's unbelievable! There is always a long wait whenever I go to get my prescriptions and most of the time, they are never ready! Even though I have received notifications via email, text and phone calls that they are ready to be picked up. It's so frustrating!After waiting 15 minutes or so, the little girl, laughed and said to me "sorry, we couldn't find them". I was not amused. This happens all the time at this pharmacy. It's so ridiculous! They are an embarrassment to themselves and your company! I miss Rite-Aid! They actually had their s*** together!And just so you know, I am not the only one in my town that has a problem with this pharmacy. Facebook is full of complaints. The pharmacy staff here is pathetic!

This Walgreens has the worst Pharmacy in the state. It closes a lot because of staffing problems. So, instead of trying to solve the problem in a way to serve the people they are responsible to care for they close it down, so if you need your medication like I was told I could pick up my blood thinner (FOR blood clots) today around 11am now am screwed. On a holiday weekend I would have to wait until Tuesday they told me. GREAT

Evening Manager Sarah at store #11128 was so patient and friendly even with my toddler! Employees are all so friendly and store is always clean!
