I went here for a covid drive thru test since I like the store, employees are always courteous. Testing went fine, but I understood the results would be emailed. I waited 3 days, and called and was told to come back to pick up a print out. That was pretty inconvenient, since they advertised 2 hour results via email.

If I could give negative 10 stars, I would!I went to the drive-up window today at 3:30 to pick up my prescriptions that were dropped off at 10:00 in the morning. I had to wait 15 minutes outside in my car because they could not find my prescriptions. 15 minutes is a long time to wait for something that should be ready to pick up. The pharmacy staff at this location (Tiogue Avenue, Coventry, R.I 02816) is so incompetent, it's unbelievable! There is always a long wait whenever I go to get my prescriptions and most of the time, they are never ready! Even though I have received notifications via email, text and phone calls that they are ready to be picked up. It's so frustrating!After waiting 15 minutes or so, the little girl, laughed and said to me "sorry, we couldn't find them". I was not amused. This happens all the time at this pharmacy. It's so ridiculous! They are an embarrassment to themselves and your company! I miss Rite-Aid! They actually had their shit together!And just so you know, I am not the only one in my town that has a problem with this pharmacy. Facebook is full of complaints. The pharmacy staff here is pathetic!

Received email saying that my prescription was ready for pickup. I went at 2pm and the pharmacy was all closed down!!

Just a suggestion that the pharmacy repeat to you what the prescription is that you are picking up. CVS does it and it avoids the customer walking out with the wrong script. Especially since you don't accept the script back after it has left the store. It has happened a couple of times.

My husband drove all the way to the pharmacy to be told my medicine wasn’t there. 2 minutes after leaving I called and they “ magically” arrived . I was told that was odd seeing as the pharmacy they were transferred from closed two hours ago and he JUST LEFT. The pharmacist said “ I guess they got lost in cyber space “

Here lately, I’ve had to wait way too long in the drive through pharmacy. I’ve worked retail. I know things can get crazy at times. When it comes to pharmacy, you all need to keep it running smoothly. Hire extra help! This has nothing to do with anyone that works there. They are all great! I just can’t take waiting in line 30 min. +

The women who work here are so nice one I know has worked here for at least 5 years she has short hair I was pregnant the first time I saw her. Always friendly with a good attitude. Second is a blonde very long hair so friendly an respectable. I love Walgreens prices ar just right.

Amid the coronavirus epidomic this location had all of my needs. Tissues, wipes, ice and deodorant. Win, win. Store was dead, it was clean and the guy behind the counter was personable and asking people if they found everything they were looking for. And assisting when needed.

I waited at the drive thru, for a long while on 4 different days,trying to pick up my prescriptions, being g the only one there, they just ignore you and keep walking by, like your not there, then they wait on the people that just walk up to the window, totally ignoring you, as people walk up to the counter, expecting you to wait, well I waited for the last time, just transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy, they discriminate because you don't walk in. They need to know not everyone can walk in, I'm unable to do that, if there was no drive thru, I would have to send my children to get my scripts.
