We've been doing business with Tiogue Veterinarian for almost 50 years and couldn't ask for better service. The doctors and technical staff are always professional, caring, and top notch. If you want the best for your pet visit Tiogue Vet. it's almost next door to Stop and Shop in Coventry RI.

Very caring staff. Multiple staff attend to each pet. Zero wait time which can be essential in emergency care. Reasonable prices. Ultra clean environment. Ample parking. A great place you hope you never need to visit.

Must pay a $50 deposit for an appointment.
Rabies shot is reasonable though.
UPDATE:
I would definitely recommend Tiogue Vet Clinic. They are by far the most professional and well run clinic for your pets.
Unrushed and patient.
Friendly and gentle with your pet. They really do care.

We would definitely recommend Tiogue Veterinary Clinic! They have always given us quality care for our dog who had significant medical needs. They presented us with options at every visit and never pushed for unnecessary treatments. The doctors always thoroughly explained all treatments and procedures.

Dr. Turcotte and each any everyone of her assistants, office personal her Techs, and care specialist are exceptional. I'm a new client and my cat Skye had her spay surgery recently it went extremely well, they took excellent care of everything related this surgery, office visits for yearly exams are wonderful. I am completely satisfied with ALL the FOLKS at Tiogue Vet Clinic, please don't hesitate to bring your fur babies to them. I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Tiogue Veterinary Clinic while seeking care for my ailing cat. The front desk staff were notably unkind, making me feel terrible for not having brought my cat in for a check-up in several years due to unforeseen circumstances. Their lack of empathy was distressing, especially during such a stressful time.
The nurse who initially attended to us was friendly, but the positive experience ended there. When the doctor came in, the interaction was far from satisfactory. Despite my cat’s severe anemia and obvious distress, the doctor was dismissive and unprofessional. Her policy seemed to be to give up the minute my cat made a sound or movement. She refused to examine my cat, who was meowing in discomfort, and instead suggested sedation and rescheduling for the following day. This refusal occurred even when I offered to hold my fragile cat to ease the examination process.
The manner in which the doctor and nurse handled my cat was concerning. The nurse's rough handling was inappropriate, and the doctor’s response to my cat’s distress was both unhelpful and frustrating. I ended up taking my cat to Tufts Veterinary School, where the care was exceptional, and they managed her condition with compassion and expertise.
The experience at Tiogue Veterinary Clinic was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this clinic based on my encounter. It’s clear that their approach lacks the empathy and professionalism expected in veterinary care. For anyone seeking reliable and compassionate care for their pets, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Brought my cat in for a suspected UTI. They were able to get us in for a same day appointment which was nice, but the price was ridiculous.
$450 for giving my kitty fluids, an X-ray, and antibiotics. They weren't even able to give a solid diagnosis, it was all just guessing on their part.
Oh, and they charged me $10 for disposing of a urine sample that I brought in incase they wanted to test it. I would've happily disposed of it myself for free.
They were also very closed lipped about what each treatment/ procedure costs and gave me attitude when I asked.
Pet owners deserve to know what things cost, and vet clinics should be up front and transparent about their prices.
Felt like highway robbery and that they only care about making a profit instead of the animal's wellbeing.
