What an OUTSTANDING center! My children started at another local center and after hearing the horrific things about them I moved them over to ELC. The teachers here are absolutely AMAZING! My daughter has made such amazing progress with her letter and number recognition ever since starting at ELC! All 3 of my kids love their teachers and have formed such great relationships with them as a working mom this makes me feel better at drop off knowing they enjoy attending this daycare and are treated like the staff members family. The director of this facility is prompt whenever I have a question or just want to know how the kids are doing I receive daily breakdowns if needed by their teachers. I would 10000000% recommend this daycare!

I first would like to say that I LOVE Miss. Whitney and Miss. Joanne in the infant room. My daughter also loved them. They are the reasons for the stars. Every time they were not there I could see a big difference in my daughter when I picked her up. Miss Whitney always had a detailed report for her at the end of day. My major complaints of this place is that it is now 3 years past Covid but parents were still not allowed in the building. However, there has been many times that I saw teachers boyfriends/husbands enter the building. It just didn't sit right with me. There have also been times when a teacher was going back inside smelling like weed. The teacher outside in the afternoon also seemed to yell at the older kids more times than I am comfortable with. My child was not part of that group but I didn't want her to hear it or get older and get yelled at. Also, my daughter is tough to get to sleep in a crib so they would have her sleep in the baby swing for 2 hours. I didn't even realize how bad that was until I moved her to her new daycare this week and they let me know once the baby is asleep, you are suppose to move them. They are going to see if her sleeping on a cot will work better since she doesn't like cribs.During our tour, I noticed the infants bouncers looked dirty but I had just gotten a new job and had no other options for child care. I will say that I did not bring this up to the director (who always was pleasant to talk to and seemed very kind and understanding). It just wasn't a good fit with our lifestyle and when picking a fulltime daycare, I had to think about how the teachers are helping me raise my daughter and what do I want her to be surrounded by daily.

The daycare my son went to before coming to the coventry center was a "fight club" and unfortunately my son was on the losing side. I was 1 more fight away from getting the police involved. ELC of coventry welcomed my son and made him feel safe and heard. The woman I've had contact with are unbelievably kind and down to earth. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I felt safe leaving my son in their care. He tells me every day he loves it there.

My Daughter has been with Early Learning Centers almost 2.5 yrs after MULTIPLE DAYCARES IN COVENTRY had little to no patience for her high energy, Early learning centers of Coventry and its Toddler and PreSchool Team have been nothing short of amazing in her latest transition to the Pre K class just happening approx 2 weeks ago My child can now sing her days of the weeks And Months of the Year recognizes and identifies diffrent shapes colors and letters (some home training also) She been Potty trained while in the Toddler Room and between home and Childcare is fully trained no accidents at age 3I encourage anyone looking for child care to speak with Ms.Charlene and see if this could be a perfect fit, budget friendly and knowledgeable staff make the whole Place itself feels like a second family we LOVE ELC OF COVENTRY

My children has been attending the early learning center in Coventry for quite some time now and I am very pleased with this center. Great staff and wonderful director who runs the center. Staff is always happy and attentive to the children. Director is always there with any questions you may have and is very pleasant to deal with. I will recommend this center to anyone!

We have taken our children out of Early Learning Center, and I encourage you to do so too. This place is absolutely terrible. We gave them a chance for a year, but day after day things seemed to get worse. They are severely understaffed which is immediately noticeable. The layout of the building is not designed for a daycare and there is a lot of confusion as to which room the kids of each age group belong in.The existing staff is just trying to make it through the day. They have little to no curriculum, and what structure they do have is impossible for the staff to follow, due to the lack of trained personnel. At times when I picked up my kids I would count 15-20 kids (ages 3-5) with one staff member. My daughter WAS in the process of being potty trained but ended up regressing due to the inability of the staff to maintain a bathroom schedule. Nearly every day I picked her up with a messy (and disgustingly full) diaper.I witnessed children fighting while staff sat inattentive on cellphones daily.Toys and play equipment are in poor repair and are borderline dangerous. The building is in horrible condition and definitely NOT up to code, with broken metal railings and exposed sharp edges. After a year of kindergarten our son was reading and writing full sentences. Now after a summer of their program, which is supposed to promote a learning environment, he is entering first grade and behind in his studies. Their summer program was pretty much sitting on iPads watching videos all day.The staff is only working with what they have, the director/owner is 100% at fault and should be jailed for the lies told and mismanagement of this facility. My heart goes out to the struggling staff and these poor children.

They lost my 6 year old Autistic child which was found in the road by a stranger whom luckily was paying attention while driving and also called the police. DCYF is investigating now so I would advise against bringing a child to a place where they lose children.

Amazing and wonderful staff. My daughter attended the pre k program and was above and beyond ready for kindergarten. I can't say enough good things about her experience at ELC.

ELC is amazing, both my girls have been going here for about 7 months and have learned so much and made so many new friends. The teachers here are well experienced and certified. The curriculum is great and well versed for all the kids. I would recommend to anyone with children
