Shout out to Seaside Casual! They have amazing color selections and durable product (colorfast with a 20 year warranty). I have Cherry Shellback chairs that are over 10 years old that have sat on a west facing deck that could be resold as new! They also have impeccable customer service. Rebecca at Seaside Casual took my call, answered my questions, and gave solitons to my problem on a new order inquiry. If you don’t have Seaside, get it!

We purchased a complete deck worth of seaside casual furniture. It was more expensive than brand P but well worth the cost. This stuff is much more comfortable than any other brand I've tried. It is extremely well built and we couldn't be happier with our purchase

While this furniture looks terrific, is a bit expensive and is comfortable the yard animals really love what ever this furniture is made from.We live in the suburbs of Chicago in a very residential neighborhood. Other than squirrels, some rabbits and an occasional chipmunk we don't have much wild life around us. The Seaside Coastal Adirondack chairs we bought have pretty much been destroyed and eaten by what we believe to be your everyday common squirrel. Needless to say we do have to replace these chairs (all 4 of them) which cost us about $400 each.So, beware, you might be spending a lot of money to feed your neighborhood critters. We will be replacing our furniture with something other than Seaside Casual Furniture.

I saw a lot of comments blaming Seaside Casual about delayed deliveries. We ordered in March 2021 and were told upfront by our retailer very clearly it would be October 2021 before we saw furniture. All the retailers told us the same. No one told us less than 6 months.....and certainly not anything measured in weeks. It arrived in September a month ahead of plan. During Covid, outdoor furniture became a hot commodity, virtually all manufacturers had significant delay.

Put and order in October 2020I yet to get a shipping date from seaside furniture my family used theses guys since 1971. I can tell you we won’t ever use them again. Very disgusted by there way they follow thru. No call backs at all even when I was asking about the order. Brittany blames the order on money not being more then 60%That would be ok if they told us that in October or November even DecemberNot once said anything until March. When they finally order itMy contract with them ends in daysI’ll be posting more cause I’m going to court with them. I want my money keep your chairSusan Beyer

Ive been assembling this product for 3 years. Customers be ware this product is not built to standards, it will fall apart. Ive had to fix countless pieces of furniture. Ive worked with several other companies and never had this problem.

(Never seen someone thrown under the bus or pushed in front of a train as bad as Seaside Casual did to the small business I purchased my patio furniture from just so they didn’t look bad). I made a significant patio furniture purchase in October from a local dealer/small business rather than a big box store. I was very pleased with the sale from the dealer and was highly excited to enjoy our outdoor space at our new house. We were told that are set would be delivered in 2-3 weeks and we’re happy that we could enjoy the furniture for a short time before the cold weather arrived. Well it’s now February almost March and our furniture has just arrived to the dealer!!! After our purchase the dealer called is about 10 days later stating that Seaside Casual had told them our order was not ready and it would be a little bit longer of a wait. Things happen and we were assured that it wouldn’t be much longer and we would still be able to get a few days of enjoyment with our new patio set. Well that never happened, a few weeks went by so I called the dealer and was told that he had just found out my furniture was back ordered. I was told numerous amounts of times it’s going to be any day now. This kept going on and on to the point that I thought I was being ripped off!!! So now going on 4 months of thinking I’m getting the run around I decided to call the manufacture direct. They stated that the dealer had just put the order in and that it was dealers fault I was not able to enjoy my new furniture sooner. So Guns blazing I called the dealer and told him I was furious and wanted my money back and if I didn’t get it right away it was going to become a very bad legal matter. When I called I laid into them without letting them say one word. After about 10 mins of yelling the dealer kindly interrupted and told me that they had just received a large shipment and that my furniture was there at the store. I didn’t believe it because I was just told by seaside the dealer just put the order in scrambling so they didn’t get in trouble or a chargeback. At this point I didn’t believe the dealer and went to the store to confront them about this whole ordeal. To find out my stuff was in fact just picked up and the kicker it has been ready for months!!!!! I was shown emails stating that my stuff was back ordered and not ready, and that the information the dealer was telling me was the info that they were told by seaside and that and In fact they were the ones being given the run around. Seaside told me that it was all the dealers fault and we found out that was not the truth and they will just say anything not to look bad. At this point I’m pretty embarrassed for yelling at the dealer and being rude to them when they were actually telling the truth. The dealer was pretty upset that this happened to me and said that they would have the stuff built and delivered within a few hours which they did do!!! So now I have my furniture I have been waiting on for ever for. I appreciate all the help from the dealer and apologized for not believing them because seaside told me a different story. I can’t believe a company would throw one of there dealers under the bus so bad or maybe they don’t have a clue on what’s going on. I will say I will never make another purchase of any furniture seaside makes but I will purchase other items from the dealer who I though was giving me the run around

Been carrying this product for so many years was on feb 23 we picked up large order paid cashiers checks orders were not complete not to our knowledge they dropped us as a dealer because our customers call them looking for warranty and there products.

Waited months for order from local dealer!!!These creeps blamed the dealer, when it was there fault! Seaside had my order and never even told the dealer. I’d buy from the dealer any day but would never by seaside casual ever again.
