I've never gone to Finn but I'm adding a 5 star review for the sole purpose of offsetting the 1 star reviews left by others.
One lady reviewed the wrong business. The 2 others couldn't put a sentence together if their life depended on it.

My family has relied on Finn Auto Body for generations.Recently, I went to Finn Auto Body to get a quote for repairing and repainting my two rear fenders and my front bumper. I met with Fred; he was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Fred assured me that I would be more than satisfied with the results.As I typically do, I checked with the competition. Finn Auto Body consistently beat their competitor's prices, but not to the point that they would need to compromise quality. One body shop quoted $1,500 more and that didn't include the front bumper. To my surprise, Finn Auto Body did more work than quoted, without increasing the agreed price. More to the point, Fred was right, I am more than satisfied with the results.

Set up an appointment two days ago for two separate car oil changes. I show up today for the first appointment at 4pm and nobody answers the door or the 6+ phone calls, let me mention I could hear someone throwing around/ dropping a wrench in the shop. Not my problem they missed out on $150+ between the two cars, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.Service: Oil change

So we went to fin‘s auto body and thought we were gonna get a good price and because they said come right over and the little short guy like started right away with the glasses started like saying all the cars totaled it’s impossible to fix junket on it can’t bend back and my my family member and bent it in front of them and it just wasn’t like a good time there and one of the guys bumped into me carry in the parts like into the autobody place and I felt her very harassed and I felt like I needed to get out of there like they were like not like they were trying to like Bolles out of there

I can not express how grateful I am to Fred and everyone at Finn's Auto! They helped me in such a difficult time and made my vehicle look brand new! They left me speechless!

First started going to Finn several years ago when I accidentally closed the garage door on the back of my Buick Enclave. Took it to a few places around Coventry and they wanted a lot of money to fix it. I stopped at Finn's, talked to the owner for a few minutes (great guy), and got a price around half of what the other guys were asking. A week later I picked it up and not only did the rear hatch look as good as new, the whole thing looked great. Spic and span inside and out. He gave me a tour of the place showing me his new spray booth and the other additions he'd made to his business. Definitely someone who's proud of what he does. Have been back a few times since then and have never been disappointed.I can't imagine why anyone would give this place anything less than 5 stars.Service: Body & Trim

I go to Finn's for service they laughed at my car and said junk it and I told him that I put a lot of work into itSo a nother person comes out and mo to more harassment horrible place

My daughter's car was hit , Finns did a great job fixing it and also got us a rental to use while car was being repaired, my 2nd time using fins after a car accident, thankyou for getting my daughter back on the road ,much appreciated
