I go to a plane of fitness in coventry. United health has a silver sneakers program that I go there for free So I take advantage of it and try to go at least three times a week. Nice quiet, please. Love the treadmill.

Very friendly, clean and lots of exercise equipment that I wish wasn't all purple. It would help if they had signs up over the equipment.
