We have been customers of Parente's Oil Service for over 40 years. They have taken excellent care of us ever since we first started with them back in the 1980's.We purchase our fuel from them and they do all of the service on our heating equipment. If we ever have a problem, we reach out to Parente's and they respond right away and resolve the issue to keep us running in tip top shape.Thank you Lester, Marie, and the entire Parente's family for all of the great service you have provided for us since we first met many years ago!I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great technician that has been doing our annual service visits over the past few years.Her name is Kelsey and she is awesome! She knows her stuff and keeps our system running very efficiently.I would also like to give a quick shout out to Melaina and Robin in the office. It's very nice to hear a friendly voice when you call the office.Thank you to all!

As a driver this is an extremely convenient and simple place to load your truck up at. Very friendly environment too!

Top notch family owned company. They are selective about new customers and don't service anything if you aren't a customer. This is so they can maintain the extraordinary level of service they provide to their existing customers. For example, I have a steep driveway ad they always make sure I get a fill prior to any snow storms.

To whom it may concern: I recently had a boiler serviced by Parente's Oil inc in Coventry. The service tech told me that the bottom of the tank was wet and that they will not fill the tank until it's replaced. At that moment the tank was not easily accessible. I cleared the area adjacent to the tank and got a light. I looked at the bottom of the tank. The tank is not damp. The tech was either mistaken or out right lied. It seems their standard operating procedure is to tell people that every customer be told that their tank is unsafe. They essentially red-tagged the tank and won't provide a written reason for it. I believe they are using unfair tactics. Can you help me resolve this problem? Is there a state inspector who could verify the tank needs to be replaced?... Read More
