Ronnie sold me a Jeep with a bad engine and four bad tires, even though it had just been "inspected." Ronnie and his 'employee' screamed at my elderly father and I to "get out" or he would call the the cops when we tried to talk to him about it after he dodged our phone calls for a month. We went there in person and found him hiding in his office. Check out Iannotti Bros. Select Cars v. Rhode Island Dealer's License & Regulations Office, 2012 R.I. Super. LEXIS 144* ( Sept. 12, 2012) where the Superior Court of Rhode Island upheld a suspension of Iannotti Brothers Car Dealership based on Iannotti's "unconscionable business practices and continued violations of the Rules and Regulations." In so doing, the Superior Court noted that Iannotti Bros. had been "notified, warned, and sanctioned on numerous occasions by the Board for his repeated disregard of the Rules and Regulations," and that Iannotti Brothers had "ignored [the court's] previous decision." The court also reiterated that "[t]he record . . . clearly demonstrates that [Iannotti] engaged in a repeated pattern of violations."

Great place to shop and Ron helped us with everything we needed, prompt on keeping in contact with us and service was above and beyond. He hooked it up with some extras you don't usually get these days too! Will be back as soon as we need another car for sure. Thanks again for everything Ron!

So far so good!! Got a 2010 Nissan Rogue here almost 2 months ago & I am impressed. I had a really great experience here compared to any dealership I’d been to in the past, it’s hard to find a honest salesman with your best interest in mind. Ronnie was extremely helpful & thorough right from the start. I definitely recommend this place.

All the folks here were nice to deal with. The experience with the truck I purchased was not. Within a week the truck would no longer start. I had it towed back to Iannotti Brothers and they had "some guy they knew" look at it for a few days. Turned out to be a dead battery. Ron offered to replace it under the "50/50 you split the cost with them to fix it" agreement (red-flag). I was told the battery cost $300 of which I paid $150... but never did get to see a receipt proving they actually paid $300 (red-flag). Getting it back I had a new oil change done. It turned out there was only 1-quart of oil in the engine which also burnt all the spark plugs - another $200 I paid. The tech said it could have seized the engine and ruined it. RI Law gives you 30 days to return a used vehicle but let's be honest, why would you sell anything that will break in 30-days, or even worse, endanger someone. A real test of honesty should be at least 1-year for a used car. That said, within the first 6 months I had to have all the breaks replaced as they did not pass a new inspection another $600 I paid. Then, within the first year, the steering wheel was slipping and there was a lot of banging under the body. I took to to my mechanic and he discovered the entire font and rear suspension needed replacing. The real concern to me was that he found the steering column had broken and was welded poorly together to hide the damage. I also had that replaced. The steering column could have let go while driving I was told causing me to loose control of the vehicle. They also found a lot of undercoating covering up other issues like a failing transmission line and endless rust and body rot. All this work cost me an additional $8000 to fix, almost the total purchase price from Iannotti Brothers. Would I recomend them or buy another vehicle from the, nope!

Bought a Hyundai Santa Fe a few weeks ago here, Ronnie was a great help, couldn’t beat the price, had low mileage and is in great condition as advertised, if you are looking for a new car, or even your first car (like myself) this is definitely the place you should go without hesitation
